Victor is fantastic! He was super friendly & very knowledgable. He answered all of our questions & made great suggestions. I really appreciated the time he took explaining everything to my mom and I. Showed up after a 40 min wait for a road side assistance call to do absolutely nothing. Refused to change the tire because it was a truck and I was on a slight hill. Oh and it started rainin he wanted to keep me standing outside to hear his excuses. Epic disappointment 👎

I called them at 2 something in the afternoon on 4/24/2021 about having someone come out and making a copy of my car key. I was told someone would call me back within the hour, no one never reached out. So I called again at 5 something was told my message would be received by the manager and they would be calling me back in 5 minutes. NEVER got a call. I woke up this morning 4/25/2021 to a text message from I guess a technician. I texted him back and told them that their service was horrible and I would not be recommending them to anyone. He replied back and said I’m sorry you feel like that. WOW!!

My husband and I have been dealing with one of the owners to get a refund for very poor service and customer service.We specifically hired them to only remove an interior door knob. This is on their call record with both their service center and the lock smith. I even asked if they performed this service as I would have moved on to the next company if not.The lock smith treated our door like it was a car door and did not perform the service we requested (removing the door knob only) resulting in our floor being destroyedWe had to reach out to the franchise owner, who instead of refunding our money for damaged carpet and door frame, implied that my husband and I were lying. We even have photos of the damage while the technician was here and even he acknowledged the damage. He was only willing to take 10 dollars off.The owner wanted to come look at the damage which I understand and would have been fine with, except for the fact he accused us of lying, said he would come out in another week to determine if he’d help or not, and that he’d do the work himself... seriously? Now u repair carpets??Due to the owner being unreasonable and dragging out the process we are disputing these charges.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.UPDATE: if you were really willing to refund us don’t you think you would have done that already rather than make us wait for you to come out...

Of course I locked my keys in my car for probably about the 4th time. I had an estimated time at about 11:15AM. Normally when I request service for something, they aren’t even close to being on time. But my provider from Pop-A-Lock showed up nearly 30 minutes early! I was pleasantly surprised. He’s was also very nice, professional, & personable. As quick as he arrived he had completed the service. I wish I knew (or could remember) what his name was so I could give him more adequate recognition but he was fantastic & I would use Pop-A-Lock again. Would recommend it to anyone! I know someone who got keys made for a Nissan Altima who had a i Key System error message on the dashboard. when the Pop-A-Lock locksmith came my friend had told him about it and that the car has a remote stater factory installed he was told that when he makes the new keys and if the car does have a remote starter already the remote starter function will work and it will get rid of the i-key system error message. when the Pop-A-Lock locksmith was done making the keys after only 20 minutes the i-key system error was still there and also the remote start function did not work my friend was told that you have to take the car to the dealership when my friend contacted a Nissan dealership he was told that because the locksmith use an aftermarket device to make the keys and program them that is the reason why the I Key System error is still there and the remote starter function is not working

I recently locked my car & apartment keys in my home & immediately called Pop-a-lock as I have used them in the past. I was told someone would be at my home within 30 minutes. An employee by the name of Victor not only called soon after to let me know he was on the way but he showed up within the time I was told. We all know 30 minutes usually means an hour or 2 lol. He was very professional & popped my door open in less than 5 minutes. Thank you Victor!

No stars would have been given if that was possible.The telephone customer service representative appeared to be soft spoken but abrupt and abrasive and when asked to repeat herself was extremely rude. Upon initiating conversation the representative was advised that I was locked out of my house. She then snapped back, is this an apartment, condo or what? When asked how much service would be, she rudely replied, well it depends on what has to be done. And then advised it would be $99 and asked in an indignant way if that was ok.

Technician Victor came out to rescue me - arrived early, let me in almost immediately. Great service and great chating with him! Will call them immediately next time this happens to me for such great service!! Thank you again, Victor!!

I called twice on separate occasion to have my locks rekeyed, and they said someone would call me back with an estimate in 30min. Both times no one called me back. While very nice and understanding over the phone, they asked the same question multiple times and seemed more concerned with proving I had previously called rather than resolving the issue. I used Interstate Locksmith afterwards, I recommend them.
