I stopped by on the recommendation of another local jeweler. I wanted to inquire to whether they could put post on my gold earrings, In fact they are not set up to have post, the jewel fixed them so I could wear them and the amazing part, they did not charge me. So very kind.

Came to Snowden’s to design a custom engagement ring and it turned out perfect! It was pretty easy to build the ring to exact specifications using their 3D design program. The employees are very knowledgeable and shared their knowledge/expertise with me. If I could give zero Stars thats what I would give. The owner had a problem with a homeless guy who was not in front of his store but down the way with a sign asking for help. The owner called law enforcement and had the guy banned from the property if my understanding is correct. In addition to that hes the owner of the jewelry store not the entire shopping center property. The owner grouped him in with all homeless people saying that he was hanging outside of the store charging his phone. I know for a fact that the guy has a place to charge his phone in a vehicle.. and does not use the electricity of the shopping center.Some people fall on hard times.. the homeless guy never bothers anyone. I would not shop here just because of the superiority complex that the owner seems to have.

Everyone was nice and friendly. My first time in Snowdens was to get Valentines gifts and they were helpful in showing and explaining the jewelry pieces for what I was looking for. Nice selection for metal allergies for my daughter. Also my fiance raved about them as well because of his experience in buying my engagement ring. He is not an easy man to please when shopping so I had to visit for myself and will be purchasing from them from now on.

I brought my antique diamond ring in for repair in early December. The band was broken and a couple of small diamonds had fallen out. When I came to pick it up in mid-January it looked perfect. Fast forward one month. The ring band is broken in the same place, and a diamond has fallen out. so much for their repair of $250!

The ring was ready much sooner and looked fantastic! My girlfriend is extremely happy with the sizing along with the size & quality of the ring.

My set doesnt match in any way, but I wanted my wedding bands made into a jacket for my engagement ring. I went in not knowing if that was possible. Snowdens blew me away. Being a single mother, I have a 2 1/2 yr old who doesn’t wear her mask. When walking into Snowden’s Jewlers, the store was immaculate and smelt clean. My latest visit required a pendant necklace chain repair, it was broken in the middle of the chain. They did the repair in one day and it was done so well that I could not find the repaired area. Went there to get watch batteries and links taken out of a watch Band. Non of these items were purchased at Snowden’s. They said it would take 10 to 15 minutes. As I waited, I just looked around at all the beautiful jewelry and the prices were very reasonable. I ended up buying a beautiful starfish ring. It is a great place to shop. I am so happy with the quick repair of a pendant my dad gave me 40 years ago. I was nervous that it would not look as good, but the repair was flawless. They did an awesome job and were very easy to work with.

I received outstanding service from this company.I needed to resize my ring. No only did they take care of the resizing, but they cleaned and polished it. They measured me for a new ring size. They provided me with an updated estimate of the jewelry for insurance purposes.They advised me that the resizing would take a week. However, it was ready in 1 day. They notified me via text and phone that the ring was ready for pick up.They whole cost for all of this was surprisingly reasonable. Snowden is most definitely my jeweler of choice. I have been to Snowden’s Jewelers on two occasions. On both such occasions I came in with a men’s Citizens watch - which had not been purchased there. The pin for the watch had fallen out at least twice in the first year. We sent it back to Citizen and subsequently, the pin broke again.I took it into Snowden’s twice and they fit it with a stronger pin. I was not charged for service or labor on both occasions.Thank you for your time and generosity.You are a salt of the earth business!

Must see this review before you head to this store. I’m writing a review again since this owner said I never came this store. I stopped by here January 21st, Tuesday. The picture is showing that this store cannot handle any luxury watches to replace the battery. Furthermore, this store guy lies that I didn’t see him. Check the photos. You’ll see who’s lying and who’s not.To be honest, why do you lie that I never came your store?My original review is:I called the store first before I drive to Snowden’s Jewelers since my watch is Gucci. The clerk said he can do it and cost $10 to replace the battery. I went to the store, but this guy said “I think someone already unscrewed front watch cover.” I barely hold my laugh. Because since it’s a vintage Gucci watch, I can put various designs of cover for this watch. Now, I get it. Why Gucci customer center said ship to them and they will do it for me. If you have a expensive and rare watch, I don’t recommend you to go this store to replace your watch battery.

This is a great family run business. I stumbled onto them because of their location. I initially went in to have my husbands necklace repaired. They were very helpful and prompt regarding the repair. It was Christmas time and I decided to update my husbands wedding band as a surprise. They helped me stay within my budget and I was able to get it inscribed, which made it very special. As I was complaining about my 20 year old set, they looked and saw that the stone was about to fall out. I knew it was beat up. They fixed the setting and made my ring look brand new. I was thrilled. The were communicative regarding all these transactions. Every time I walked into the business, they made me feel like an important customer. Id like to think of Chris, the owner of the business, as a friend. Terrific guy. I recommend them highly.
