Will not honor this Jewelry store again. I contacted them ahead of time to make sure they would be interested in purchasing some jewelry I had for sale. Gave them a full description of the pieces and they said YES, come on in. I went in and they said they needed to keep the ring for a few days until their professional jeweler could look at it. However, they werent interested in the other piece but, offered me a miniscule amount which I wouldnt accept. Finally 4 days later they told me to come back in to pick up my ring and said they werent interested - they said they had way too many pieces similar to what I was selling. HUGE WASTE of my valuable time not to mention gas to get there and back. Shame on these guys! I HATE writing bad reviews, but this issue just got my dander up!

They exceeded my expectations! I had to get a entirely new wedding band and engagement ring due to multiple mishaps from a chain jeweler. After speaking through the situation, Rome gave me the best options moving forwarded and guided me through getting out of my ring with chain jeweler. After several long months of no ring, it was WELL worth the wait!

What a great find! Even though I have casually shopped at Rome Jewelry before, today the lady gave me such great information about everything they offer that I am looking forward to setting an appointment to take some nice pieces of jewelry I have and never wear in for something new and exiting. Can’t wait and would highly recommend.

I enjoy going into Rome Jewelers. I love their estate jewelry. They are always happy to help(even if I dont purchase). I have always been helped quickly and professionally.They always tell me how much something will cost. If there could be additional charges I am always told upfront and told how much that might be.I have gotten rings sized and was told to go half size smaller then what I thought and he was right. So glad he gave the advice.My rings are small so they are oval when sized I was always told they would be (which I was fine with).I am a local resident of Clinton County and am happy to see such a fine establishment in my community.
