I had the Agnes RF and my face is much tighter! The depth is 5mm which is why it is more effective than other devices. It is not painful as Norma uses Lidocaine. I had redness post-treatment for 1 day and I could still go out with cover-up on. I highly recommend this specific treatment. I initially did my forehead and liked it so much I went back and did my lower face. Norma is great, very friendly and informative- her place is nice and she uses clean/sterile techique. Prices are resonable too!

Ive been to Cosmetic Laser Solutions in Wilmington twice. Once for laser hair removal on my lower back and once for a Brazilian LHR. Both experiences were excellent; all the hairs in both areas were completely gone after four treatments and six treatments, respectively. Norma is fantastic at what she does. Shes thorough and efficient and is always conscious of her patients comfort level. Im quite a baby when it comes to pain and she made sure to give me plenty of breaks. Prices arent too bad either! Overall, a very positive experience and I would recommend Cosmetic Laser Solutions

I have been here several times to have a large facial scar lasered. The procedures are basically painless and reasonably priced, and the technician, Norma, is very nice and friendly. It was a great experience, and my scar is much less noticeable than it used to be. 10/10 would recommend.

CLS changed my life! I began to dread social events and sunny days due to embarrassing facial hair. Waxing and plucking was no longer working, in fact I often damaged and scarred my skin trying to remove the hair myself. I see Norma in the Wilmington location for touch-ups once yearly. Although the treatment is painful, she works fast, and it is over very quickly. A little pain once a year is much better than every week or so without lasting results from other hair removal methods. After a treatment with Norma, my skin is smooth, the few wiskers that pop up throughout the year are gone and that shadow is kept in check. Norma is a skilled professional, and very personable too. I look forward to seeing her every year.

I bought a Groupon that they offered. I called the office several times to schedule my appointments but I kept getting the answering machine. I left several messages but no one ever returned my calls. I eventually got a hold of live person who took my information and said they would call me back. They never did. I called again and was told my Groupon had expired. I feel like an idiot for falling for their little scam.

Ive had several treatments here. The service is wonderful and the treatments are tailored to my personal needs. I would never go anywhere else.
