I went to coastal concepts for about 5 years. The last time I went there was 10 years ago and I announced to Lisa that I was moving to Florida. I asked her if she had any contacts down in area of Florida U was moving to and she got really nasty with me and said, why would I give you any contacts when you bought your hair systems online for a cheaper price? I had gone here for years and had great service and that 1 moment Was uncalled for. She didnt mind me so much when I was coming in there and paying her to have my hair cut and styled including a tip on every trip once a month. And that coming from a guy who didnt make very much money at the time.
