As a business owner I am ultra critical when it comes to products, services and customer service. The owner Tia is the bomb! She is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about the products and services she offers. You have a part in this process as well by continuing your healthily diet, exercise and water intake. My results have been phenomenal and I know I wouldn’t have reached this level of progress for some time if I hadn’t come. When I’m done my treatments I’m taking Tia out to lunch!

I cannot recommend NuYu Body Sculpting enough. Tia and her amazing team offer amazing services in a calming atmosphere. Tia is very knowledgeable about each procedure they offer. It is clear that she loves what she does and wants nothing more than to make you the most confident in your body. I got liposonix to help tighten my skin and after just 3 treatments I have had absolutely amazing results. I have never been happier with how my body looks and feels. NuYu is worth every penny!

Tia is AMAZING! She does great work and very informative on the process and making sure you understand how everything works! I was able to see a difference in a few weeks of going! The new addition of the chromotherapy sauna is also a great experience. I recommend NuYu and say try it out!

Get my first lipo laser cycle done here, they explain everything in detail so I feel safe to try and the result was obvious even only go through four times my waist already cut for 2 cm. Remember to drink water and exercise regularly to get the best results.

DO NOT USE THIS SPA!! If I could give 0 stars I would based on this one interaction and I never stepped foot in there. The receptionist who answered the phone today, 07/29/21, at 12:35pm is VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONALISM and doesnt need a job since she does not value hers. I wouldnt hire her if she was the only applicant that I had to interview and pick from. I explained to her that earlier this week, I had some health issues that came up which I have to have surgery, so this is more important to me than cosmetic issues, so I cancelled the appt on Tuesday. I received a confirmation today for my appt on tomorrow, 07/30 at 12:30 and cancelled it again before the 24 hr window, so without any empathy she stated that it is still on their books (5 minutes after the time when I tried multiple times) and she stated that she will cancel it and charge me $25 even though there cheap booking system clearly is not working. I told her that if you are going to charge me then I will just show up for the appointment, but I will not spend the thousands of dollars that I was willing to spend because of her unprofessionalism. No thanks! There are other nicer spas that I am sure I can use and value their upcoming customers. She stated that she was going to charge my card and cancel the appointment and hung up on me while I was stating that I will inform my bank of the unauthorized charge. I will NEVER come to this place unless they use an automated system (and I definitely dont like those), but I will deal with that before I deal with someone smacking in my ear, maybe on lunch, over talking me, being rude, unempathetic, and clearly classless! I hope this is not the culture of the business and I pray you get someone with a heart and professionalism to answer the phone or you will lose out on allot of money and customers because of this one individual. Kindness shouldnt be expensive! For me, this is not about the $25 fee at this point.....clearly, it is about how I was treated, so now I will take the measures that I need to. The owner would respond defending her employee. There was no verbal abuse and the young acting lady who answered the phone knows this. I wouldnt want to use the services, so thank you owner for doing me the favor of wasting my time coming there to you rude people. Youre not the ONLY SPA, fortunately! Much success to your business and I hope that everyone reviewing this will see that they are not even apologetic about their employees RUDE behavior. Even if it was enforced, I advised that I would make a way to come in instead of giving my money away, but she was so adamant about cancelling the appt and making the whopping $25 without providing the service...lol Wow! I will dispute it though because it was unauthorized and the appt was cancelled before the 24 hr window. The policy actually states a $25 fee MAY be charged, so I guess they pick and choose if it is or isnt depending or you are a new or regular client I am sure. Upgrade your system.... A meltdown for $25, when I was willing to spend more....Imagine that. Thats really smart....

Drove from Philadelphia today and was highly impressed definitely worth the drive. The vibe is amazing its clean well ran the owner Tia makes you feel right at home and explains everything and targets the areas that are important to you. I highly recommend this place 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My experience with Nuyu has been great! Tia is very professional, informative, and personable. The office is very cute, clean, and comforting. She really cares about your desires and will do her best to please her clients. From a client stand point, you should really eat healthy, drink lots of water, and do some type of exercise to see the best results for any service. You cannot expect someone to do more for your body then you are doing for yourself. Keep up with your appointments and follow after care instructions. Most importantly, be realistic with your expectations & do not compare your body to others because everyones body make-up is different. I would recommend Tia to anyone! :)

Tia is the best! She’s professional and knowledgeable, but also very personable. I enjoy each visit with her. I’ve had HIFU treatments for double chin and also laser lipo on chin and abdomen. Can I tell you that people think I look so much younger?! The results have been pretty amazing and I tried coolsculpting a few years ago. Not only was it expensive, it was really painful with lots of bruising and I didn’t want to go back.How much pain do I experience with Tia using her magic wands and lasers on me?ZERO!

Really works! I have done the laser lipo treatments on my thighs, love handles, and abdomen. I work out a lot and watch my diet but couldn’t get rid of stubborn fat deposits. I have been pleasantly surprised at how effective these treatments have been. Relaxing and pleasant atmosphere as well.

I won tias contest on Instagram for 8 sessions, and eight away the interaction was great, I went in for my consultation and Tia made sure to set up clear expectations for me. You do have to put in work on your part and workout and drinks LOTS of water. Tia was always kind and professional but also I just enjoyed having conversation with her. I also purchased a facial through her for my acne scarring and it has been starting to fill the pitted scars in, I can’t wait to book the rest of the sessions and see maximum results. Tia did let me know about her other services and products but she me never made me feel pressured to purchase anything, I think I will do skin tightening once I’m able to purchase that. Also the atmosphere is so calming, and it’s a very pretty place. I fell asleep a few times on that table. I highly recommend her, you will not be disappointed!! Thank you again Tia!!!

I purchased a body sculpting package before my birthday vacation because I wanted to be tight & look my best.I did 3 laser lipo slimming treatments & 3 muscle sculpting sessions as well. Tia is very knowledgeable and assured me I would see results. Well after my 4 treatments I lost 2 inches from my abdomen. I was amazed. I was so happy I bought the membership so I can keep going. It also helped me cut back on diet soda and drink more water. I highly recommend this treatment. There is no pain in fact I usually fall asleep its so relaxing. This place is kind of hidden & out of the way; but I like that. I found it on Groupon but I knew I would need more than 4 treatments. I did the full 8 treatment cycle and I lost 4 inches on my abdomen. After having a baby last year it feels great to be lighter and tighter in my midsection. I plan to go back for some skin tightening; but for now I look forward to my monthly maintenance laser lipo treatments.
