Arrived early. There other appts are arriving late. Anyways theres a minor delay. The tech? Deaira? Poor job. She constantly hesitated on a Brazilian. Imagine the hesitations on pulling a band-aid off. Once she said she was done, I checked finished product. There is visible hair still there. Now I have to lay back down to continue. Left and went to lunch. Got home, my underwear and butt has abundance of wax left on them. Unacceptable. It should have been no hair and no wax there... Brazilian. Will not return to this location, EVER!🤬🤬

I would leave 0 stars if possible. I booked 2 weeks ago and was informed via text today that my specific waxer was not available for my appointment in 2 days. No big deal as I had no preference. When I called I was told not only can they not honor my appointment for Saturday am, she cant book me anything remotely near that appointment DAY. Ladies, we all know how important and scheduled brazilian waxes are. There is a reason I booked this date and did so in advance. Now there is not enough time for me to make a last minute appointment elsewhere. GO ELSEWHERE, Id rather drive 45 minutes to Bryn Mawr and see Sam at Velvet Rose than attempt anything here again.

This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax so I was a little nervous. Jess is amazing she is very professional, kind, and informative she made the whole process go smoothly! I will be going back and highly recommend EWC on Concord Pike the staff there are nice!

Clean inside and out. Plenty of parking. Its in the smaller parking lot in back of Target on Naamans Rd. Rooms are nice, clean, spacious.The staff is very nice. The aesthetician was so knowledgeable, patient and polite. She made you comfortable.

Awful customer service. This is not the first time I have received poor customer service at that location, so I decided to write a review. I have been using the European Wax Center for a couple of years in other cities, so I know my waxing does not take too much time, not even 10 minutes. Today, I was running late because of a road accident I took on the way there. I called asking if they could help me, and Chloe didnt even try to ask what I would do or talk to someone to try to fit in between one client and another. Every question I made was a straight no. Even if there was no way, she could fit me in, trying to understand my case and treating me with respect would not hurt.In the end, we are talking about waxing, nothing that will change the world or that cannot be resolved in a respectful way. This is ridiculous!

Had an amazing experience there with my wax specialist ELLIE! She was so professional, quick while also taking her time to make sure she got every hair. She’s so easy to talk to which is a plus and it helps the pain be tolerable. We need more people like her :)

First & last time client with EWC!! Although they had great customer service & the experience itself was therapeutic (I find waxing therapeutic lol), I started breaking out/growing hair within the next 2 days😒. In my past 2 years of getting waxed, my hair has NEVER grown back this fast or even this thick. I received 2 services, 1 Brazilian & 1 underarm hair removal. I HAVE NO ALLERGIES !! So I am convinced that they must use some type of growth serum/ practicing uncleanliness which caused me to breakout in both areas. I’m not someone who leaves many reviews but ladies/men please do not go here !!

When i first starting coming here it was nice and i loved it. However yesterday was my first problem i encounter with Sheila she works at the front desk. She was rude and did not help me with my situation that i had called about. She gave me the run around never answered me correctly. I asked to speak to the manager she couldn’t even give me the managers name. I’m not even sure if she even told the manager my concerns of which i have. My concerns have not been resolved yet. I contacted corporate because of Sheila. She was very unprofessional and no customer service at all!! One thing i know about European wax center they have a high reputation about their place and customer service is a HUGE must. The expos went their yesterday with Sheila was not good at all. I’m very disappointed. Because of this i will not continue my services no longer with this wax center. I still have my major concern to resolved. So hopefully the manager from this center will be contacting me soon. Disappointed and dissatisfiedFollow up on this...The manager Rachel Called me and settled my concern. She was great with communication and with customer service. I will continue my service with European wax center. Like i mention before they are very great at accommodating there clients. However Sheila needs to work on her customer service!

This was my first time visiting EWC. My technician’s name was Ellie..... I got a full bikini wax and an underarm wax. They took me in at my exact appointment time. Ellie was like an old girlfriend that I’ve had for a long time! Great conversation and great energy! She had ocd just like I do and tweezed the hairs that didn’t come out in the wax 🤓 The EWC way of waxing is like a zillion times better than strip wax ever was! They get a 5 stars from me! Shout out to Ellie! I made another appointment before I left ✌🏽

I Love Coming Here For My Wax. I never had a Problem With Any Of My Services, Briana Is Very Good at What She Does !! She talks you Through the process . It is very quick and easy ! I highly recommend Briana especially if you never been before & you wanna go . You’ll have a great first time with her . It does not hurt at all the more you go the less the pain will be & all of there products are great !! I’ve tried the polish, Body wash, serum & the wipes !! Love them all

What a truly amazing experience - and thats saying something when youre having your nether-region waxed! A key difference between EWC and other salons is that they dont use strips. Using only hardening wax, only the hair is removed, leaving the skin intact! This means youre in for a THOROUGH waxing with minimal tweezing.All the staff is sensational. Super helpful, and the amount of information youve never heard anywhere else will astound you.Briana was stellar. She made the whole experience relaxing and fun - if thats possible. She was quick but ensured I knew what was happening every step of the way.Maybe the best part is that I can book my appointments - even the first one! - online. Dont wait! Summer is coming!

Been going here for 3 yrs. The place is always clean and the front desk is always nice and friendly. I’ve seen a couple different waxers over the years. Ashley is by far the best! She’s fun to talk to, gentle, and particular. She’s always on time but never rushes your wax. She’s so easy to talk to and it allows you to relax. She is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and one of the best waxers I’ve ever had and I highly suggest her and this place.

This was my first time here, and only my second ever time getting a Brazilian wax. Natalie was wonderful! I felt very comfortable with her, she was also informative about the procedure and the products. It only hurt a little, not at all like the first one Id gotten someplace else. Im definitely coming back and I would recommend this to my friends.

MEN DO NOT GO HERE FOR A NOSE WAX!! it is a very unprofessional atmosphere. I went in for a simple nose wax and she totally ripped off most of my mustache...never again...

Brielle is the best! She listens to what your needs are for your brows every time you go in and helps you achieve that! I have been going to Brielle for over a year now and I am so happy that I chose to go to her and take the time to really fully grow out my brows and enhance the natural shape that theyre grown.

Pleased to find a national chain that provides a quality service. I have gone to the Concord Pike location for several visits and have been extremely satisfied with their waxing services. I’m always recommending folks. I appreciate and recall my first visit even though I’m not a newbie, the waxer was informative and thorough with my requested services. Highly recommend using the app if you are frequent customer.

Jeanice was amazing!!!! I never had done anything to my eyebrows before, she was super nice and explained everything to me, not to mention her eyebrows looked amazing too! I came in for a Brazilian and left beyond happy. The facility is incredible, clean and high end, plus the packages that they have are super convenient. Love love love it. Please bring it to Maryland!

Great Customer Service Everytime Im there!!

I would give 5 stars, but they have a window of 9 minutes if youre late then theyll cancel you out which is not very accommodating.. I was late once due to traffic (which caused me to be 5 mins over their allotted time), but I was coming from a long distance. There was no accommodation there, so I had to drive 40 mins back home. Without being seen. It sucked! But I get it. Their staff is great. Their services are great. I still love it there

Super easy online scheduling. They definitely push products on you, but to be expected. Clean, nice staff. I continue to go back time after time.

I have never had my back or my chest waxed before. After searching around they seemed like a good place to go. From the moment I walked in the door the staff was helpful and kind as well as knowing exactly what needed to be done. Dont get me wrong it hurts but the staffs positive attitude kept me in a great mood through the entire experience. Fast service as well

The ladies here are extremely friendly and you can smell how clean the place is which I love since they are dealing with my face/body. The ladies ask you questions and about your preferences. When they are letting you know about their new products or which product is best for what was 20th are getting, they never pressure you to buy. I love that

Nice people, but Im a bit dubious as to how well their hair removal services actually work. They use a hard and soft wax that is supposedly so powerful it can even remove velous hairs, but that wasnt true for me. Good for a quick in-and-out, and their main service is bikini waxes.

Tried to book an appointment here. Online gave an error so I had to call. Since it was going to be my first time here, I asked for the complimentary wax they offer, and it was no problem until I told them I only have a passport since I’m not from the U.S. Immediately they told me they don’t accept passports as a form of I.D., so I couldn’t get the complimentary wax. I think this is very weird and very unfriendly, since a passport is a legal form of identification.

Go & ask for Natalie, she was awesome for my 1st time visit. I will definitely be going back.

Im not entirely happy with the very average generic service I got at European Wax Center. They gave me a face wax with hard wax which I loved but reapplied the wax several times to the same areas... Which is a No-No for waxing. She also didnt take the time to look at my face to see if they were any remaining stubborn hairs that needed tweezing nor did she use any tools like tweezets or a magnifying mirror. Finally the lights in the room are obnoxiously bright for a customer and could probably be replaced with a more comfortable dimmer light if they used a magnifying mirror with a build in light made dor facial cosmetology and waxing.

I was away from where my original waxer is located and decided to give this place a try. I had went in, staff is extremely friendly. I had got my brizillian wax done I thought I was satisfied but when I got home I noticed I had wax stuck to my thighs and underwear . I was extremely upset . Was very painful removing wax off my thighs .

Ive gone to this place for a while now and its been a relatively good person experience until now. Ive had a brazilian done recently by a person named Kayla who was absolutely horrible. She didnt know what she was doing at all. Had no skill when it comes to waxing. She tore my skin, made me bleed and the only comment she made was that everyone bleeds. Umm, no. Not everyone because Ive never bled, in 20+ years of getting bikini waxes. She was also very unfriendly, never apologized for making me bleed or tearing through my skin like no one else ever has. Instead of pulling swiftly, she kept pulling in chunks, causing more unnecessary pain. She made the visit a horrible experience and although I probably will go back to the location, I would like to share to STAY AWAY FROM KAYLA.
