First, their hours are incorrect. I went there and they weren’t even at the stand during their ACTUAL time of business. What a waste of time.

I never go to the concord mall but will go out of my way to get my eyebrows threaded here. They listen to exactly what you want

The lady threads super slow and also gave me a bad shape and made my eyebrows too thin . This is my first time here and after expressing my dissatisfaction She still charged me the full amount. This is not good customer service.
