I was a member at planet fitness about a year ago and a friend of mine introduced me to TF fitness and Ive been there ever since the atmosphere is so much nicer peaceful and the motivation of the people that are there just kind of drives you. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE GYM!!!!GODSPEED

I travel to Wilmington quite a few times a year. It was awesome to see familiar faces behind the counter. One lady in particular that has worked for fitness companies for quite a while. Very friendly atmosphere and clean. Equipment is in great condition so it was nice popping in and getting a great workout. I highly recommend this place.

I went for personal training. I should have known I made a poor choice out of the gate when it took almost 4 business days for my personal trainer to contact me and could only do one session before going out of town for a week.Upon return I gave her feedback stating that in the future it would have probably be best to just wait and start new clients after you return from vacation for continuity. At that point she was actively hostile and I think was trying to humiliate me for the rest of the session. I have thick skin but she actually FIRED ME after just giving honest feedback. All because I had safety concerns about my muscles being too weak to get back on a rocking dive boat in the ocean with 100 pounds of SCUBA gear as is what happened after the first session.The head guy then put me with another trainer but it was clear the first one had said something to the other employees from the scowl I received when I came in for my first session with the next trainer. That session went ok and we had agreed to meet at the Kerr and Market location to use a diagnostic machine there. I guess she forgot what she said but I showed up at the other location as agreed at 6:30 AM but she was not there. I was then expected to pay for this session! That was when I called uncle and I am having to dispute the charge and leave this review.I would suggest trying another gym.

Best gym in Wilmington by far! Always clean, equipment regularly upgraded, large spin room, and friendly staff.

For the love of god!!!!!! Turn the air conditioner on by the back mirrors where the free weights are!!! On!!! Even with hardy anyone in at 9:30..pm still to hot...i do spend hardy to everyone

Dirty & over crowded. Restroom was disgusting! Weights were all over the place! Even some gum stuck in the turf. Definitely not a good first impression.

So glad I found out this place is open! The best front desk, the best classes and the best instructors! New floors, equipment, and purification system, and the group fitness room is comfortably cool! So good to be back!

Absolutely love this gym! I finally can say I found a gym I can call home to since moving from New Jersey! Definitely can make ALL KIINDDDZZZZ GAINSS!!!!!!!

Got a week pass while on vacation. Gym is clean and has just about everything you could ever want or need.

Great variety of free weights for all levels of weight training. Very clean and members do a great job of sanitizing behind them after they finish on the equipment. Staff is very nice and plenty of options for membership.

Spinning session is awesome. Marisa plays the tunes that keep you pedaling!

Maureen Vasquez is the best body pump instructor! Sat at 8 is the highlight of my weekly destressor..truly a saving grace for me!

Love this gym. Grear price and super clean. I especially like the Kerr location but both are solid, never too packed and the staff is awesome.

The employees dont wear masks and masks arent even enforced throughout the gym. The equipment was dirty, there was trash on the floor, the bathrooms werent clean and no one was sanitizing anything. Pictures on the website make the place look huge but its smaller than the closest planet fitness. I was so disgusted with the place that I quit my workout early and left. If you want covid this is your gym! Not clean at all...

Recently rebranded from another gym. Repainted, cleaned and equipment refurbished.So far so good. TF seems to be far superior to its predecessor O2 fitness. O2 was awful.Great staff and reasonable rates.

At First everything seemed perfect. Then I was lied to, was told I could cancel my contract at anytime. The corporate office wasn’t any better then the building. I’m thinking about getting a lawyer to handle my situation
