These guys were awesome. They shipped my guitar with such care. I was totally impressed.They had all the supplies (at a great price too) and even packed it for me. I couldnt have imagined better service!!

I absolutely love this place! I rave about it to everyone. I wouldnt ship from anywhere else. They save your mailing address in the system, so they can pull it up each time to print on shipping labels. You never have to write out a mailing label here! :) They also package up your items for you. They will find the right size envelope or box, and cut down the box to exact size of items so its more affordable. They truly care for your items as they package everything up. And, they then email you later the tracking info and shipment confirmation, so you can save it for your records. They also have printing and notary services, as well as cute gifts and treats. Its a one-stop shop. Not to mention, the people there are so nice! Did I mention I love this place?!?

This place treats you like they care. I have been coming in here for years to avoid the madness at the post office/other shippers etc. Nice when business owners treat customers as well as these people do. Thank you!!

Always very helpful in how to ship your packages

During a visit to Wilmington in January of this year, I purchased a number of items for my business at local stores. I had a large number of breakable items packed at this facility to ensure they would be packed adequately for shipment with FedEx. The staff were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, several of my glass items arrived broken and even a lamp shade and glass jar top missing. I paid for professional services to package items to avoid breakage and successful delivery, unfortunately this was not provided by this company.

I called to see if they notarized a particular document. Not only was the phone conversation absolutely pleasant; but when I arrived, the two people working were so kind. What an awesome experience. I will definitely be doing business here again.

The staff is always courteous and attentive. They always take care to help me find the right shipping materials for the items I have to ship and help me make decisions for cost-effective shipping.
