I was actually sent here by someone at the post office. When I got here to send my package, the man that owns it was here. I told him what I needed he was very helpful and funny. I have been back a few times since and always enjoy it here!!

I had a fairly large Wish order delivered to this store. When I tried to pick it up, the owner scanned my QR code, walked over to a shelf filled with mail bins. Each bin had a piecebof paper attached to it and a handwritten list of what I assume are QR codes. He stood there and stared at the mail bins, did not riffle through them, walked around the counter and stared under a desk, returned to stare at the bins again. My friend and I asked what number he was looking for and he would not tell us although we were standing beside him and couldve helped. After a few more minutes of doing NOTHING, he tells me 1 of my orders isnt there and too bad, Ill get a refund. I did not want a refund - I wanted my order but he didnt want to be bothered. He said he has other customers, as if I wasnt a customer, and refused to let my friend and I look through the bins. He couldve watched us closely while waiting on other customers but he refused and wouldnt explain why.Its so easy to make a mistake with such a amateur system! The store was so disorganized, I dont understand how he could find anything. There were piles of stuff everywhere.And just like that, he reported the package missing, thereby initiating a refund without my consent.Tracking information placed my package at his location. Wish notified me that it was delivered to his store. I waited almost 3 months for that order and he wiped it out in seconds without bothering to prove my package wasnt there. If he finds it, he will keep it and no one will be the wiser.HORRIBLE customer service, and he was the owner!

Very slow service, Ive sent several packages from Amazon and Ebay and some has more than 10 days lost not been assigned to my ipostal mailbox with them. On saturdays nobody answer the phone and email respond many days after with no solutions.

I agree with the other reviews that this is a very good mail and print shop. The owner is friendly and professional, and always quick to assist you. I ship packages overseas and he is able to provide additional information on the process. You can tell that he clearly enjoys and excels at what he does. If I am ever unable to reach the business my calls are always returned in a prompt manner, but this is not an issue. I typically hate going to the post office lining up and dealing with the paperwork of mailing large packages overseas but he has made a complicated task much more enjoyable. I highly recommend Mail Express.

Its cheaper to buy a new printer than this place if you have more than 50 pages to print. 1 $ each page for printing, and not clear prices before printing.

I went in there to pick packages up. I stood there for 20 plus minutes while the guy was copying stuff. The place did not look clean. All types of clutter ever place.

I have had excellent service from the gentleman who operates this outlet. I pick up my Wish packages from him.

My whole family uses this Mail Express. I prefer going there rather than the post office downtown, because they have everything, USPS and UPS (DHL too?) I think they can receive packages too. The owner gives the best customer service experience, outside of the South. Always quick, always can get in out, and if I need help with determining the right service for the boxes I send to friends and family for birthdays and holidays, he knows his stuff and the packages always arrive on time. And I send a lot of boxes. Had to write a review, which I rarely do.

Almost paid $40 for a job that ultimately cost $6.80 at the Kinkos on Market. I’d like to support a local small business. But that’s too steep for me. Check pricing first. Otherwise very helpful and friendly
