Time sensitive issues were resolved in the same day and many other issues were handled by the next day at worst. We have received our moneys worth each and every time Paradox has been called to assist us. We do not have our own IT person and because of the quick service we get from Paradox, we dont need one. So awesome! This company is absolutely wonderful. I was locked out of my laptop after an auto update for windows which corrupted my admin. password and had tried everything to get back in with no luck. I finally decided that I needed assistance with this issue. I called and the tech. came to my home to work on my laptop, was here in 20 min. Even though we ended up having to restore factory settings, he let me borrow his external hard drive to save my files and data, checked on progress throughout the evening, returned the next day to get my files and data restored, reinstalled some of my programs, help to get all of the updates reinstalled, adjusted my settings to avoid future problems, provided some very helpful and useful advice, and recommended and installed minimally annoying antivirus software. The tech. was very patient and friendly and made this experience easy, pleasant, and stress-free. I felt like he truely cared about what I needed and what was in my best interest and he wanted to help. The cost was very reasonable and worth every penny. I cant say enough how greatful I am to have had his help. I will most certainly will use them again for any of my future needs.
