We have been using ACS for over two years! They provide immediate, knowledgeable service for all our technology issues and keep us up and running smoothly. Kevin, Wyatt and Josh are superb and have helped me solve a multitude of technology issues with knowledge and patience.

We have worked with this company for a number of years. Chris Lewis is excellent. However, Justin Oberdorf, is condescending, rude, does not follow directions, adds services and bills for them without approval and nearly every member of my staff who has worked with hm would rather work with any other employee of ACS. We decided months ago to leave this company solely due to Justin Oberdorf. Buyer beware!

Visited them a while back to have my Daughters laptop checked out. I could not figure out why her laptop would just shut down after it got HOT. The external fan would not turn on about 80% of the time. The Tech on duty that day said. no problem. I should have it fixed by one tomorrow. Off I went. Now, its one the next day. he said the laptop hasnt turn off on him all day yesterday or today. He said, that the laptop didnt have all her up dates and she had some bad scripts. Of course, he removed the bad scripts and updated her laptop. Thought great. Paid the man & went on my way home. As soon as my daughter comes over for a visit Told her that the laptop was fixed. She turn her on & doing what college girls do on the laptop. WHAT Happens? Laptop crashes. Called the store, they said their is nothing more they can do for me and recommended that I just come in buy one of there new rebuilt ones. I recommend you use caution when using computer repairmen. Ive tried this one & another independent repairman for a different problem. EXERCIE CAUTION WHEN USING THEM. Treat them like a Doctor. What classes have they taken, are they certify to work Windows problems, ect...

ACS has handled my office computer needs for the last few years. This company has always been on time, professional and knowledgable about any issue that I have had with my computer system. Their prices are also very reasonable. I had a problem with a desktop on 11/08/16. I called ACS and reported the problem. Within an hour Bart arrived to fix my problem. He explained everything in detail that was causing the problem with my system and answered any questions I had. He also gave me his number and said to call if i had any further problems. I will continue to use ACS for my computer needs and highly recommend this company to anyone.
