Extremely friendly store owner
I needed to get my laptop fixed and had a bad experience with another place. Motto Computer quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, got the needed part ordered, and had it back up and functioning great as soon as they got the part (which took just a couple of days). They were also very good at explaining what they did and now my laptop is actually working better than it did before it broke. Great experience with Motto.
