I have used this service for 3 years. I have brought multiple devices in for repair, virus clean up, and updating. They have always been super on it, prompt, professional and capable. Called the guys. Asking for thermal tape, if they can sell it to me. Explained that it use on micro chips between radiator, that help reduce heat, it do the same job that termo past. He told me that there is no radiotor used in laptops....... No more comment.......
