I started working with Charles Hilyard a year prior to my prior lease being up for renewal this past June. Over that time period Charles followed up with me a few times to keep me updated and keeping in touch. Always very professional and respectful of my time. I wanted to lease a good used copier and when one was available, Charles worked with me to navigate canceling my lease at the end of the term. The customer service has been fantastic as we learned how to use the new copier and service issues.
