He immediately new the problem, repaired and returned my laptop quickly. And he guarantees repairs. Very friendly and not intimidating, which is helpful when youre not terribly diverse in computer speak.

I cant believe how fast my laptop is after Jon repaired the hard drive!!! Wasnt that fast when new! Turnaround in less than 2 days, price very affordable. They get a 10 from me!!
