They do not respond to phone calls, and the service was horrendous, cleaning to them means taking out the trash and that’s all. When trying to contact someone- they say they will have someone call you back but they do not. I do not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Pride Klean has far surpassed our expectations of getting it cleaned . We have worked with Pride Klean in the past and all I can say is they just keep getting better. Each time they have cleaned, we thought it couldnt get any better, but then they surprise us. From the windows, to the floors, to door and everywhere in between, our entire Banquet Hall/Kitchen shine!!!! Thank you Pride Klean!!!!

Wasnt pleased. They came in and acted clueless. The one lady said she cleaned the family room. It wasnt even touched. The others didnt close my windows completely and left the blinds a mess. The manager/owner even came to check on them and helped cleaned areas I advised were never touched. Wouldnt recommend.

The owner is very genuine and cares about his customers greatly.
