It a was awful. Its a touchless drive through. Just spray, no brushes. My car looked the same coming out as it did going in. No difference. For $10.00 I expected a little more than I got. Wont be back. Thats for sure.

Been going for awhile, always good . This time it took twice as much money. Water was slow, little pressure. Very little water with wssh brush. Took more $$ to rinse soap off. Probably not going back.

They work hard to make in your car look good. And the management is on point

Can you guys fix your foam brush the lil hose that supplies the soap is broke I couldnt even wash my truck right and paid for 9 min😕

5 bucks for 10 minutes of pressure wash time, pretty decent value. The hose takes about 30 seconds to switch modes though, so some of that time is wasted.

First time using it. It cleaned the outside but i still had some dirt the brushes did not remove

Charged $2.00 extra having a hatchback, wasnt even opened or vacuumed!Whole car was not properly vacuumed, detail attendant had to redo completely along with my husband. Informed manager on duty about dissatisfaction, he said yes maam, went back to work, without talking to the vacuum guy. NEVER EVER going back!

I am visiting from out of town..On Saturday, 6/16, I stopped at this car wash, it was great. My car looks awesome and Chris was so nice and knowledgeable....next time i visit Wilmington I will definitely stop in for another wash!!!

Good car wash location, one of the best self services in Wilmington. They have a lot of self serve vacuums, two automatic car washes, including one no touch automatic wash, and several bays of self service car wash stalls.

The mamager working was extremely helpful and friendly. It was clean and I had many places to work on my cars interior after I washed it. The hand held blowdriers are the best thing ever. Ill be back and letting my friends know.

One of the automatic lanes has an issue with the pay box but other than that not a bad place to get a wash

Its okay. The laser or hands-free bays are never satisfying to me, but Ive learned that its better to do things by hand anyway. If I leave disappointed by my own lack of elbow grease, then Im the only person to blame for wasting my money. I like the products offered at this location, and the way the property looks.

Waste of time. The guy who cleans up acts like he is on drugs and cant answer a question coherently. I strongly advise not going here. Save your money and go somewhere else. Went that one time only.

Stupid staff. One guy always acts like he is drunk. The carwash itself is excellent. Just that one guy makes me not stop.

Great water pressure and a high powered hand held blo drier you control

Always have some type of problem here. Today- spray Prestige Soak, then switch to foam brush, nothing comes out. Look for employee, cant find anyone, then another customer tells me he is sitting in his car at the side of the building, out of site. He tries everything I already tried, went inside, came back and told me to move to the next Bay. Get in there, he confirms the foam brush works, I told him I wanted to apply pre soak again because it had all dried. Looked like cotton candy melted all over my Jeep. Switch to soak, nothing comes out. Switch to wash soap, nothing but water. If its not a problem like this, it will be leaking hoses and nozzles so you get water and chemicals all over you. Or the time running out without a warning, so you have to put 2 more dollars in. If there was another place reasonabley close I would never come back, its just convenient.

This is a great car wash and the staff are friendly.

2nd time I have tried this . I thought, let me buy the $11 wash since the $8 wash didnt clean the bottom half of my car. Well one side didnt dry at all, there was grungy soap that didnt get rinsed. I had to come home and clean up the mess.
