Elbert and his team applied a ceramic coating to my brand new 2020 Corvette and did an excellent job at half the price of other detailers in the Wilmington area. My car really sparkles and for the next 5 years will never need waxing or soap washing, just a quick rinse. He also applied the ceramic coating to the glass and the wheels (inside and out). No need to worry about brake dust on my wheels, it just rinses right off. I also had Elbert detail my wifes 2017 Lexus RX 350 and it came back looking like new. I was traveling out of town and spilled cooking oil on my passenger car seat. Elbert and his team were super professional and fit me in for an appointment that same day. The car looks amazing, and I cant tell that there was ever any oil spilled in that seat! Not only that, but Elbert made sure that I got to and from my hotel safely while I was waiting for my car to be ready. Thanks for the A+ customer service and for fitting me in on such short notice!

Having my car cleaned went from a chore to pleasure after meeting Elbert. I have been bringing my cars to him for 3 years. He is among the most hard-working, ethical, kind, professional people I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. You can hear the smile on his face when you speak with him on the phone, he is genuine and flexible always going above & beyond to work with my schedule.From my very first experience, being new to the area, having just driven across the country and no one to pick me up when I dropped my car off. He offered to drive me home & pick me up when my car was ready. He takes so much pride in his work that a simple car wash in his hands beats a ‘full detail’ anywhere else. Other times, when my schedule would not accommodate dropping my car at the shop, he even brought a mobile unit to my house to clean my car here! And my last story I promise, I called him panicked with sap rain down all over in my car at work. He got me in that day, worked tirelessly for hour upon hours gentle removing each bit of sap and left not one scratch!He is ALWAYS fair (I might even say too fair) with pricing. I don’t often feel like people are undercharging for their time and effort but I sincerely feel he does. I think that speaks for itself.If you haven’t had the pleasure of experiencing the customer service you are missing out!

I am about the pickiest person you can be and I cannot say enough about how carefully and thoroughly Elbert details. I have no idea how he does it but every spec of dirt and each spot is gone. At a car wash, details go for around 75-100. He is more but there is absolutely no comparison. Elbert is worth every penny!

This guy works wonders!!! I had my 2012 Toyota Camry detailed at Wilmington Auto Detail and I have nothing but good things to say. Elbert was professional, easy to talk to, even easier to deal with, and the results are amazing! My headlights had gotten so yellow that at night it was, at times difficult to see at night. I was amazed at how good they looked when he got done with them. I got the whole car detailed but man oh man I can stop talking about the headlights. AMAZING! I’ve had many cars detailed when I lived in Raleigh, NC. I needed to find somewhere here and I couldn’t be happier with Wilmington Auto Detail. Elbert and his team did a phenomenal job. I can honestly say it’s the best detailing I’ve ever had. They restored the headlights and went above and beyond to get my 2007 Honda Civic Si looking like new again! They’re pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work that you get. I highly recommend!

Disappointed; did not meet my expectations based upon reviews and Elberts description of services to be performed. Had to redo some of the interior cleaning, wheels, and also re-waxed by hand with $7 Meguiars paste which made a huge improvement!

Waaaay to expensive for what I wanted done

Had car detailed (with mold treatment), tires replaced, oil changed, the whole 9, Elbert and the team got everything done in 1 day, even though some of the Services had to be done elsewhere. The work was done very very very well, and I found this company as a very trustworthy and honest team. It was the most carefree car-maintenance experience I have ever had. Definitely recommend, taking my car there this weekend in fact!
