He even took the additional time to teach me how to correctly wash it afterward to protect my investment. He is hands down the best in Wilmington and I am a customer for life.

Extremely high level of attention to detail with a commitment to delivering as near a perfect cleaning as possible—Manny turned back time for our family minivan. Back to the days before our children, beach days, long road trips, and grocery runs maimed it’s pristine finishes. When we picked it up from Manny, we couldn’t believe how amazing it looked. I was seriously considering trading in and getting rid of my 2011 Audi A4 because of all the blemishes and swirls in the black paint. Previous detailers that have touched my car made it look worse than when I brought it in to them. Manny was able to make my car look brand new again! Even the exhaust tips were polished to reveal their chrome finish. Basically the whole car was cleaned up and it felt like I just bought the car! I would definitely recommend!

Manny applied gloss enhancement and a fantastic Modesta BC-04 ceramic coating on my Audi A5. His technique and attention to detail is superb and the Modesta coating is extremely glossy and smooth. I have used several professional detailers in the past and Manny is by far the best. In my opinion, Modesta ceramic coating is also the best on the market!

I’d like to actually give Manny and his guys 6 STARS. I had my car detailed today and just got it back an hour ago. I was so impressed with all aspects of service from PTMD that broke with my normal tradition and decided to write a review. From the first time I contacted Manny he was always super prompt in getting back with me and above all doing what he said he would. Not only that but being that I’m a disabled veteran with issues that restrict my activity, I was concerned whether I could get my car to him at a future appointment time. Once I brought this up Manny adjusted his schedule so he could pickup and deliver my vehicle at a very reasonable cost. I have a 2017 Ford Expedition EL Platinum but due to numerous personal crisis it had been cosmetically ignored since March. Doesn’t sound like much but throw in 3 grandchildren 5 and under and you can see how a vehicle can prematurely age. Manny took my sticky floorboard, dirty window and climate beaten SUV and turned into a showroom quality vehicle. It’s mainly the small details that drive his rating skyward. Every crevice, every pocket, and every seating surface has received attention well above the normal detailing. All this done at a price that will absolutely earn my return business for all my vehicles and will earn my recommendation to all family and friends. I contacted Manny because I was looking for a real Professional Detailer to restore the look of my 2014 Soul Red Mazda 6. It was covered with holograms and buffer trails caused by a poor buffing job following a repair from a deer hit. Manny responded to my initial e-mail almost immediately which blew me away. From the first response I received, I had a good feeling I chose the right person for the job. Due to scheduling issues on my end, it was a month and a half before I could actually get my car to him. Manny always responded to my questions and kept in touch during that entire time before I even met him. I finally got my car to him Friday this past weekend and when I picked it up yesterday (on a Sunday), I was amazed by what he was able to do restoring it. He also had to perform some paint correction due to poor sanding on the door where the paint was blended. My car looked flawless and given how bad it was when I dropped it off... What he did was simply incredible! Manny is the nicest guy youll ever meet and his old school work ethic is impressive. The amount of hours he spent over the weekend to get my car back to me before Monday was very much appreciated. His meticulous attention to detail was awesome and Im very anal about my cars so coming from a person like me who is hard to please; thats saying something. I spent 4 hours watching him work while I was waiting for my wife to pick me up on Friday. He explained everything he was doing in detail (no pun intended) which I appreciated because Im an avid detailer of my own vehicles. My car now looks better than it did brand new on the day I bought it almost 4 years ago. I contacted Manny to get a company vehicle cleaned up for a big event. The SUV hadnt been cleaned in over a year and a half and was starting to show wear on the interior as well as the exterior. Great experience, Manny was very quick to respond to my email and schedule my appointment. He traveled up to my home in the Topsail area on a Sunday, and the job he did was excellent. My family had a medical emergency while in Wilmington. I called to see if the car could be squeezed in to be cleaned while my stepdad was in the hospital.
