So I previously used Union Park Auto Spa for one of my other vehicles a few years back and they did an outstanding job! I was definitely going to be a returning customer. I returned with my BMW only this time to be very unsatisfied. I just feel for the money spent, I shouldve been definitely satisfied. I feel like they did a rush job. Although they were able to lighten up a spot on the drivers side floor, I found loose debris that they mustve forgotten to vacuum up, they didnt vacuum out the trunk area at all and also forgot to clean the mats. They did offer to spay them down real quick but, I suggested I leave them so they can clean them properly. Upon returning they were lying down in the waiting area and didnt look like they did much but spay them with water. Id taken them home and had to reclean them myself. I also had to try to recondition my leather and the rubber trim around the doors inside still appeared to have lint of some sort. I just know it came off when I reclean that. I feel like I shouldnt have to go behind and reclean anything. After all, thats why I payed to have it detailed. I hope moving forward they get back to completing the job in a more detailed way. As I stated, I was very impressed with my first detail with them a few years back.

I positively recommend the car spa. They do an excellent job, even with dog hair. Best ever, you wont be disappointed.
