We rented bikes for our family beach trip and had such a great experience! Decided to extend our stay and Frank was so flexible and accommodating. Loved the ease of having the bikes delivered and picked up from our house. We had the fat tire bikes and had so much fun riding on the beach. The bikes even came with lights which came in handy! One day, we decided we wanted to rent a surf board, called up Frank and he dropped it off at our beach access within the hour. We will definitely be renting again on our next trip to Wrightsville!

I will be back every time I come to Wilm! The owners were so fun and kind, the shop is adorable (and they have wine and beer), and the umbrella we rented was great! They delivered it to our spot on the beach and instead of worrying about parking (the weekend of a holiday) we rented two of their bikes and it was perfect. I seriously can’t recommend them more. Rented electric bikes for the day and they were the perfect way to get around. Got Shade delivered the bikes to the restaurant where we were eating and picked them up at our hotel - super accommodating and convenient. Bikes came with a basket AND a small cooler strapped to the back making it easy to carry our things to and fro. Will definitely be renting from Got Shade next time we’re in the Wrightsville/Wilmington area.

We had excellent, personable service from the owners, Nicole and Frank. Easy to pay, chairs and umbrellas were delivered and were there upon our arrival. They were easy to set up even for us old farts! We had a great time Sunday night at their store with live music!

We rented two beach cruisers to ride around during our honeymoon on Wrightsville Beach. The staff were courteous and helpful when we called, and made renting a breeze. We were able to do everything over the phone and paid via email. They dropped off and picked up the bikes at our hotel so we didnt have to worry about coordinating. The bikes themselves were superb. They were in excellent condition, easy to ride, and had great sized baskets for carting our stuff to the beach. They gave us two easy to use bike locks as well. The price was also the lowest we saw. When we were out with our bikes, we saw a staff member from the rental place and he came over to talk to us and wish us a happy honeymoon. It was really nice for him to go out of his way to say hello and wish us well! Would absolutely rent again!

Because of a change in plans, we had to make an after-hours reservation for chairs and umbrellas the night before our day at Carolina Beach, but they responded to email that night and had what we wanted ready to go the next morning. The drink holders and pail to catch garbage were surprise bonuses. Highly recommend.

Frank and team were excellent to work with this summer. I emailed with what I thought was going to be a massive undertaking for some high maintenance family members.
