I met with this contractor and his estimator (Lauren) twice. First time to explain the project (preparing a handicapped bathroom for a stroke victim family member who was to return to his home in 3 weeks). Second time, to have the contractor look at the job and explain it. They did do that, explained that it would take them 12 weeks AFTER they had my deposit AND sinordered the materials, but they wanted their first payments upfront.Because the need to have the work completed within 3 weeks was urgent, if at all possible to prioritize this job, I explained that and asked for options (changes in design, etc.paying for overtime etc.) to attempt to get a quicker turn around. Instead of understanding, the contractor took issue with it and complained that I was attempting to pressure him. Good grief. Such a sensitive guy. This is business. There were no harsh words or expletives. They both left quietly but have not returned my calls or emails. Very unprofessional response. In retrospect, good thing they did not agree to expedite the job to accomodate an urgent need. Waste of my time. Be forewarned.

I am happy to have new windows. They did a good job. Had them quote for painting my great room and hall bathroom too, reasonable prices and they finished the work within the time we spoke about.

You did such a good job and Im just so happy with my new floors! I definitely recomend this company because they were professional, safe, and responsive! Eric helped me a ton by replacing the living room carpet with faux wood floors!

We set up an estimate for this morning at 0800hrs. No call. No show. Called at 0810 to check on their status and no one answered and the voice mail is not set up. I sent an email and again have yet to have any response. I tried to call one more time because, I really try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but still no answer. Im a nurse and woke up early to meet with them this morning. To say I was annoyed at the loss of sleep and lack of communication is putting it lightly.

I am someone who hardly write reviews but frankly speaking the professionalism Eric exhibited left me speechless. He knows what he was doing when he was installing blinds and doing my floor works. I highly recommend him because he did an exceptional job for me. Thank you Eric!!!
