Rob was great! Although they were obviously very busy, they always took time to answer our questions and address our issues. They were extremely patient with us while we went through the process of picking out our slabs and were very tolerant with the delays we experienced trying to co-ordinate our cabinetry build. Each phase of the process was handled professionally, from picking color, laying out templates to installation. We would not hesitate to recommend American Granite and Stone to friends or family.

I made a deposit on 3/22/15 to have granite in my master bath. Was told that it would be 1 1/2 to 2 weeks to have job done. Fast forward.....I have made numerous call that were NEVER returned. I would call almost daily. Was told that the granite would be installed on 5/25/15 (2 months later than promised)....no call. no cancellation. Called again and was told that granite would be installed on 5/28/15....no call. showed up but, needed more cutting of vanity. Told that it would be done the next day. No call. No show. Called. No answer or answering machine full so I could not leave a message.Was suppose to show up today at 11a. called at 10:53a need to install rods. (Why wasnt this know before ??) Now a 3p. installation of just a partial of the job that was promised today. Granite was not measured correctly by Rob. Granite broken on installation. Plus the template for the granite around the tub was incorrect.This company does NOT follow through with promised completion of job. Will not answer or return your phone calls. POOR customer service. Please consider another company.. I have made a excellent decision to canx this job. This company is not to be believed, trusted, or counted on to have your job completed.

Large inventory of quality stone, very easy to work with and very professional, they actually stayed open late for us as we fought traffic and made it there after hours but they took the time to show us around. we got our kitchen and 2 bathrooms with granite counter tops and couldnt be happier with the results. several options were available and they walked us through every step and stayed in constant contact be it by email or phone throughout the whole process. Installation is top not quality as well. Would not hesitate to purchase from again or recommend to a friend. Thank you for your quality work, and professionalism.

This company is nothing but despicable. A small order that was quoted to take about 2 weeks took over two months and was only inadequately resolved after I contacted the BBB and made a habit of showing up unannounced. They do not answer the phone nor return messages. Do not trust this company!

My kitchen looks marvulus... I didnt have any problem with templating, installation or sales and customer service was outstanding during whole job. I picked my stone on a Tuesday. Template was done next day on Wednesday and my kitchen was installed Friday morning in about 2 hours was completely done and sealed. Eric and his installers were polite and very to the point on everything they did. Very professional and educated about what they were doing. Explained every step of install. The guys cleaned up after themselves all the way from the kitchen to the front door. I was very impressed and would recommend Allstone Corp. to anyone. Whole process was easy and again professional.

Should have known when they missed ther appointment to measure not once, not twice but three times it wouldnt go well... Assured me it was just bad timing... Fast forward 30 days later and 4 missed appointments and about a dozen no shows during there dates of installs. Still no granite. Have left several messages cant ever seem to get anyone on the phone....

Stay away. I wont share the gory details of my dealings with this company. Just run in another direction as fast as you can.

From my experience AllStone Corps owner Eric has no integrity, is dishonest, and is unethical. Please save yourself the misery and money and go elsewhere. The only issue they fixed is replacing a countertop where the faucet holes were off center by 3 inches. As soon as AllStone/Eric was paid he refused to correct any other errors and refused to accept resposibility when all issues were clearly documented immediately after intallation. Here is some of what was done in our newly constructed home.... AllStone received material that was damaged, negotiated a discount which he absorbed, lied about the number of slabs, fabricated a fake invoice, installed the damaged scratched countertops and now refuses to resolve the problem. Overhangs in the kitchen varied from 1 to 1 7/8 on one continous piece of stone?!? Additionally, countertops in other areas were installed scratched. They damaged tile when they installed countertops in a bathroom. Marble in a bathroom was supposed to be honed instead they partially polished the finish off, leaving holes in the surface and an uneven finish. He will talk over you if you call to discuss the issues and will place blame on anyone except himself. He will also tell you how much money he is losing by taking time to talk to you as well as how hes so busy hes running multiple shifts. To repair the mistakes and damage done by AllStone will now cost us thousands. From my experience/ in my opinion AllStone = poor craftsman ship, poor quality, atrocious customer service and unethical. Do yourself a favor and get your countertops elsewhere.
