Excellent experience at Trolley Grooming Lounge. The barber was able to recreate a haircut from a few photos and tame my pandemic hair. Interior was spacious and professional. All of the equipment is new and well kept. Id recommend to anyone in the area!

Today was only my SECOND visit, BUT I can tell you that Im mighty impressed with both Mark and Christopher! You can tell that they are professional, and know what they are doing.- Prices are very reasonable.- Chris and Mark are VERY friendly.- The place is immaculate and QUIET.- It truly feels like the old neighborhood barber shops from way back when.The Trolley Grooming Lounge is now my preferred barber shop.

What a letdown! Arrived on time but was relegated to another barber by the owner who seemed miffed to see me instead of welcoming. No beverage, no special treatment. Just a basic scissors cut without grooming product, never mind the hot face towel or shoulder massage advertised. A frivolous woman came in to distract the barbers further. Left without a wash or styling. Just a bloody basic cut. Fie on them!

Found this place on Google after going to my old barber for 20 years. Very satisfied with my experience. I got a cut not a buzz and the barber/owner worked with me to be sure I was getting the cut I wanted - and thats what I got. Price was extremely reasonable and they take card payments. I will be returning.

I think I found my new place. Rafael did an excellent job, especially on my beard. He took the time to really get it looking sharp. Great atmosphere with banter and a free beer. I hadnt had a cut or trim for quite sometime so I went in looking like Grizzly Adams and came out looking like a Suave Gentleman. I definitely recommend this shop.

Took my 7 yr old son here after reading some of the reviews. He told them how he wanted his hair done, and they cut it exactly to his instructions. He loved it.The staff is super friendly, the prices are great, and the place is cozy and clean. Will be back!

After my barber retired, I searched high and low for a good barber shop. I only want to get my hair cut at a shop that does straight razor shaves, even though I may ask for one once per year to treat myself. The atmosphere is nit very comfortable but also not uncomfortable. When you wait, you dont feel unwelcome but you also dont feel like they are excited you chose them as a shop. I have got my hair cut here exclusively around 3 years now so I think this is a FAIR review. The cuts are always good, whether Marc does them or someone else. So no issues there. There is also free beer on tap if you like that sort of thing. I dont drink but its a nice touch. However, their appointment system is ridiculous. If you make an appointment, you still wait, even if you are early. While I am getting a cut, people walk in and they turn them away. Walk in customers are told to go online and if an appointment is available today, they can make it. They really should have a counter person so add walk in appointments or at least a kiosk. They lose so much business like this.Last year, I made an appointment for a straight razor shave and a cut. I come in and the barber says right in front of the owner, I dont do shaves. Instead of the owner excusing himself and giving the employee a firm talking to, he just said to me, Ok well I am in the middle of doing a cut so how about you let him do the cut then I will do the shave when he is done?. I told him no but I will just take a cut and the other barber can do that. During the haircut, he rambled on and on about why he doesnt do shaves. If I was the owner, I would of told him to take a walk. Marc needs a bigger backbone. This is a barber shop, not a hair salon. We are men. Act like a man and tell that motherf*cker he is fired. Would of been a great show for me to be honest.The second to the last time I was there, they ignored me for the first five minutes I came in. I thought that was odd since they would recognize me. Then they told me I would have to come back because I didnt have an appointment. Actually I did and I made it on my phone on the way there and they never checked. After I protested, Marc huffed and puffed and stopped cutting someones hair to check the tablet because he wanted to be right. He then realized there was an appointment and then told me I needed to wait and went back to cutting their hair. I waited nearly an hour past my appointment time before I sat in a chair and he put me with another barber because he had to leave for a few minutes because he had something to do even though I chose him as my barber.The last time I was there, he seemed very cold when I walked in. It was just Marc and another barber and no other customers. I still waited 10 minutes to be seated in a chair. While I was getting cut, they had a walk in and the same thing about make an appointment. They had no customers there the whole time i was there from start to finish. They could of taken that customer. Near the end of the cut, he didnt use a straight razor on the back of my neck as I always get there. I asked him why and he said they are only doing the back of the neck with electric razors right now. After the cut, I was overcharged. The sign says $22 and up for a cut and I have always paid $22 and tipped. Marc charged me $26. When I asked him why, he said because he used scissors and also because I was using a card instead of cash. I told him that I have always been charged $22 in the past and he replied with, Well the signs says $22 and up which basically reserves his right for him to charge whatever he wants for whatever reason. I still tipped him but I wont be back.I am honestly tired of the bullsh*t.

Nice place

They took us without an appointment, which was great. However, the barber rushed because he had double booked himself. Unfortunately, that meant at least two spots were not even (left vs right) which became noticeable after taking a shower. Another thing he was quick, but the clean up wasnt that great. They seemed like nice guys, but it is kinda dusty and dirty (crumbs on the counter, hair not cleaned up in between clients) for a lounge. $32 for a haircut and beard trim.

Mark goes out of his way for customer service and is dedicated to his craft; he and all the barbers Ive been to here are real artists. Ive definitely had some bad haircuts at other local barbers, but never at the Lounge. Started coming here years ago and dont plan on stopping.

Guy my appointment with was a little late but ended up playing tecmo bowl on their arcade machine with another barber which was awesome. Once my appointment barber got there he did an awesome job getting me a good cut. They also have a tap here. Great place great people.

Awesome experience! Not to mention that the service is great, Mark is a barbershop veteran and he is a wizard with the clippers - both beard and hair. Chris worked at a salon most of his career and has extensive experience with scissors and is handy with the clippers as well. Overall i would trust either with my hair any day and the location, service and prices top it off. Check em out!

Im a huge fan - The Price is Great and the service is Fantastic. Mark the owner is not only super pleasant and friendly, but every time I walk out of there I look and feel like a million bucks. And on top of it all they serve beer while you wait. Whats not too love. I definitely recommend this spot.

For years different stylists have tried to cut my hair and when it came out not looking good they would all say how difficult my hair is to cut. Chris at Trolley Grooming Lounge agreed that my hair is a challenge but he absolutely nailed it! Looks great and is easy to take care of!

My gorgeous head of hair and I have been following Christopher Giordano for well over ten years, well before he became an ace barber...BTW, Were only gorgeous because of Chris!....I get told at least once a week that I have such beautiful color and props go to Chris for that as I wasnt born this way! Im usually the lone woman in the Grooming Lounge but the fellows always make me feel welcome.Chris Giordano is a talented stylist and colorist. I feel lucky to have him work his magic on me.

Really gave the guys a chance here, given its one of the only barber shops like this in the immediate area, but Ive gotten a laughable cut each time I came in.Honestly hope for the best for them, given they seem like good guys and have a great set up, but I will never recommend this shop. I dont doubt their experience but they clearly dont pay much attention to the work theyre doing.

Im not one to try new barbers, I dont like taking a chance with people cutting my hair. But about a month ago I desperately needed a cut, so I tried Trolley Grooming Lounge, and Im glad I did. Mark is hands down the best barber to cut my hair. Tonight I went back to get another cut, while I was disappointed I couldnt book an appointment with Mark, I had Chirstopher cut my hair. He did a solid job as well. Ill definitely be going here for the foreseeable future.

Awesome, awesome and awesome place to go for a high end cut. All barbers are good but the o e that always stands out is RAFY, not just a good barber but a great one and I know from experience. Really layed back lounge with a nice bar while u wait for whatever it is the client is waiting on and TV so it really nice there I live this place.
