We love Dina! She gives us great cuts!

I had a scheduled appointment today with Don; however, he called out and no one bothered to advise me and/or reschedule. Thats their fault since they dont take anything more than a name when you schedule an appointment. I was told by another stylist I could be taken next. I agreed and said I would wait in my car until the scheduled time. In the meantime, another customer walked in and jumped in line. I walked back to the waiting room at the designated time and wasnt even acknowledged. Left after several minutes (and hearing the customer had COVID). Very poor experience. There are plenty of other choices around here. Go elsewhere where your time is respected.

Barbers and hairstylists are very much like Drs. and Dentists. When you find one that you trust and like, you stay with them for a very long time. I first met Sal, (the former owner) back in the 1960s. When he owned in this location I started coming here. Ive been to several other places over the years, but I keep coming back. Diane and Sal both cut my hair, and my wife always loved the outcome. I just visited again and Diane performed her magic and my wife was again pleased as was I. I could not recommend any other shop in this area. Always a great haircut and always pleasant. Visit them and you will be pleased.

Very friendly staff and I always enjoy the cut I get there. Recently went up in price, so for men its 20$ a cut now but thats not the owners fault. He getting higher fees for rent and such, so unfortunately thats the way it has to be. I think if Sal had his way cuts would be very inexpensive as he is the nicest guy youll meet and hes a pleasure to talk to.

Good haircut in the end, but was refused service at first for wanting a boys cut, and charged 35$ for a mens cut, while my male partner who got a very similar style was charged 25$. Probably a wonderful place if you want a traditional haircut. The woman who cut my hair (Dina?) was friendly and did a good job. I will never be going back, and normally do not do reviews, but this was an extremely uncomfortable experience for me.*EDIT* one year later -Since I cannot reply to the owners response - I will do so here. I appreciate your memory of the events, but the personal information is neither accurate nor relavent. To clarify, I had come home from an event - not about to attend one. My partner (male) had hair that was longer than mine at the time, so no - it would not take longer or need to be priced differently. It seems that those details ultimately shouldnt change the fact that I was refused service at first.

I absolutely love this place!! Sal and everyone who works here are so friendly and are excellent at what they do! I would never go anywhere else! I barely ever have to wait and they are open very late on Wednesday which is a huge plus!! You absolutely cannot beat their prices either! I am telling you, once you come to Sals Hair Image you will never want to go anywhere else!!
