Great experience the stylists always take careful consideration with my two young boys. My youngest (4yrs. Old) is extremely shy, yet he has taken very well to any of the the stylist, who are always sure to spend a few extra minutes to make him feel comfortable.

Anginese did a great job. First visit to this location and will definitely be back. She also did a fantastic cut on the customer (man) before me.

Really bad attitude booked online 2 days ago arrived there 20 minutes earlier first she said I did not find ur name inside the system when I show her email confirm time and location and booked time then she said ok I can’t see ur name in system you can sit there. When I ask how long it’s going to take she said can’t saw how long I’ll get back you whenever I get done. I just walk away waste my time so disappointed me

With curly hair a blow dry and trim to even cost $50, no way. I got it for $15 @LNA.

I made an appointment, and the staff were talking a while amongst themselves. I still had to wait a bit when i arrived, even though i had a scheduled appointment. Once the session commenced, everything was great though. Also fantastic price for shampoo, cut, and blow-dry. I liked it.

I called to see if they could give my 18 month old a trim, the woman put me “on hold” well I wasn’t I heard EVERYTHING. Super unprofessional and made me feel awful for even asking.

My hair was cut too short and then the stylist asked, Is this OK? Why would you ask that after cutting? I showed her a picture of the cut I wanted, too. What I ended up with is a cut that is 3 in shorter.

Haircuts are really hit or miss. Sometimes the cuts are good and stylists are friendly. My most recent visit left a blemish in the hairline on the back of my head, while the two hair stylists were discussing a co-worker who was doing drugs, cursing during the conversation, and yelling at their child who was in the back office — all while cutting my hair. Very unprofessional and poor quality haircut.

I’ve been to other places in the area for a haircut but going here was an absolute treat. The staff seems to really enjoy doing what they do. Karen, my stylist is also the manager and really has a great personality. She and another stylist Marybeth just joked around with the customers and really made just a haircut fun. I’ll definitely be a regular.

Nice people but completely ruined my prom. Went in for a glaze and to TRIM split ends and the (very nice) lady ended up cutting more than 6 ins off (which I definitely did NOT ask for)! My prom in in a week! Again, nice people, but ruined my life for the next few months.

I was quoted a price over the phone however when i arrvived I was charged for frivolous items like shampoo even though I was getting a treatment.. The stylist kept saying what she needed to do to my hair and did them neglecting to mention her needs would come at an extra cost. I left unsatisfied with the state of my hair and charged up.

The staff is very nice. Marybeth cuts my hair and she does a great job. The place is very clean. I have not waited long at all when i go in for a cut.Never had a bad experience they are great .

Great specially if you can explain what you want in semi technical lingo. For example, 1.5 on the sides faded to a 3 then hand cut the top. They also will save notes on you to ensure you get the same cut each time.

My firsttime ever at this location and Juanita did such a splendid job.She just knew the right amount to cut and the perfect style to accentuate my face type better!

Love this place but every in me I come in this I person I will not let do my hair. This person has no idea. So if this person is working I will go somewhere else. I will not let this person touch my hair agian.

I only went here bc it was a Sunday and I desperately needed my hair frosted. I had been to a supercuts down the shore for a quick trim (I have a short bob/pixie cut I get my hair cut often) the girl at the shore Wildwood Location was amazing w my razor cut! But this place 😑😔 I asked for platinum color frosting. I also got my hair cut & eyebrows done. My hair is anything but platinum and I refused to pay. (I did pay for the cut & eyebrows) the stylist knew I wanted platinum, never once said she didnt feel comfortable with doing so, well not until I was visibly upset and telling her I will not pay for this because Ill only have to go see my normal colorist and pay her to fix this. She never put me under the dryer which I hate doing but its all part of bleaching ur hair. She said with this kind of chemicals I didnt need to go under a dryer. Okay, youre supposed to trust stylists (almost like doctors) their supposed to know what their doing. Understandably I was at a supercuts & maybe they dont get many color jobs. The actual results even though it wasnt I wanted the color has dimension it was not all bad it just was NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR AT ALL. Honestly i look like a girl w brown hair with some highlights, thats not ok w me. and to be clear Im not the type of person who freaks out when I not happy w something even my hair Ill just pay & leave but this was soooooooooo far from what I asked for I couldnt. Plus I couldnt afford to pay her then pay my normal colorist.. DONT GO HERE FOR BLEACHING. AT LEAST NOT PLATINUM 🚫😕

I always go to supercuts in pike creek and absolutely LOVE it. Decided to go here since its close to home. I was very specific and said I want a long bob. A well know term in the industry. She even confirmed and said okay, long bob, long bob she had a very strong accent but I trusted that she knew what she was doing. Then when she started cutting the front I asked youre keeping the front longer right and she said oh no too late for that, you didnt say that.A long bob means shorter in the back and a little longer in the front AND she even noticed it was longer in tge front and didnt point it out and confirm with me.My boyfriend also went and they rushed through him when there was no one else there and did not give him what he wanted.I will never go to this supercuts again or refer anyone here. Ill stick to my pike creek supercuts. Hopefully my hair looks ok once its dry or I will be back there
