In the past year since this facility was sold they raised the rent 3 or 4 times and one of my units became infested with rats. The one star rating is too generous.

My experience was absolutely great. Kathy was amazing I chose this place over Public Storage. They are the best customer was amazing. This was my first time meeting Kathy she walked me through everything made me feel like I’ve known her for years. Thank you thank you for making my move comfortable.

I had a rather pleasant experience renting from Storage Rentals of America.The property manager, Jocly, was personable and informative. She detailed everything in the contract and even joked about some of her personnel experiences on reasons why certain things that had to be included in your contract. Jocly did a great job letting me know that customer service is important to her and if I needed anything to let her know.

Gated area, pin required, clean, security, cameras. I have unfortunately had the privilege of using this place 4 times and if need be will continue to use it.

Nieaishia has taken care of my beloved belongings for over 26 months. I’ve never had a problem accessing the facility. Security is amazing and the staff is so friendly! Nieaishia is the best! There was never a water or temperature issue at all. I would definitely recommend and I will be using again in the future!

DO NOT…I repeat DO NOT rent a storage unit from this place. They have faulty piping in their buildings. The pipes will burst and destroy your furniture and they will leave you ON YOUR OWN. I purchased their “insurance” for coverage in case this happens. THE INSURANCE IS BOGUS…they will tell you “once your claim leaves our hands we have nothing to do with it”…that’s because THEY NEVER TURN THE CLAIM IN TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY….I DEMANDED that they turn mine in and provide me the information. SROA THEN REFUSES TO provide the insurance company with the proper documents.NOT ONLY THAT…the insurance company has NO ADJUSTERS…NOTHING required by Title 18 of the Delaware law in order to process your claims. PLEASE look up their insurance company WK WEBSTER OVERSEAS. This insurance company HAS ALLLL NEGATIVE reviews regarding the same thing I’m typing. They DO NOT PROCESS CLAIMS…they “dance” back in forth with SROA on “the official documents” ..in other words they will “play” you for months until you “forget about it”….and “let it go”…thereby continuing to sell insurance yet avoiding paying the majority of claims…THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND SROA ARE OPERATING TOTALLY OUTSIDE OF DELAWARE TITLE 18 CODE OF LAW (which covers storage rental facilities also)

VERY nice staff always helping me out no problems the place and bathroom is always clean .I have used this place for 18 years never had a problem and its right next to Walmart how convenient......

I liked the access, lighting, temperature and how well my possessions were kept in tact. There were no insects or rodents or droppings in my unit.

The location and starting prices brought me to SROA on Centreville Road, but Nieaishia made the experience 100% better. Her friendly, casual yet professional, and always helpful attitude is wonderful. I rented a unit from there for almost 4 years and Niesishia was exceptional every time I called or stopped by.The unit held all of my belongings perfectly, everything was protected from the elements, and was easily accessible. The only issue I had was mice, but I Google says thats common and unavoidable. And again, Niesishia addressed my concerns, did what she could to help and offered suggestions on how to fix it within the unit itself.

The staff was helpful and patient. The facility was orderly and clean.
