Frances is absolutely the best!!!! 4 stars are not enough. I had her help last year to store my things and now again this year she patiently showed me the different sizes. I was able to upgrade at a better larger unit and she set me up at a transfer so I can get everything I have together in one unit instead of using 2 cramped units. I really appreciate her kindness and her keen sense on size of each unit . She knows her business. I would refer public storage to all my friends and send them to Frances. She is awesome!!! So I tried to cancel my unit on 7/29/21 and got no answer when I called. I tried on 7/30/21 and got voice-mail. I received a call on 8/1/21 from a woman saying that I need to call earlier or I had to pay for August, the storage unit was empty, she say she would handle it. All of sudden 2 weeks ago in September I started getting a call from a debt collector from public storage. Ill get screenshot of my calls prior to 8/1/21 and bring legal into it. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Definitely and impressive and thorough team of employees. Frances, on Kirkwood Hwy, showed me the unit and was great at keeping on top of my pre--rental as my house was not finalized.. in the sale process. Daria, from Kirkwood helped me upon my finalization of house sale to complete rental in person at office. She was very patient on the phone (with my 5-year-old making noise in the background) and took her time to answer all of my questions. Excellent storage rental and service from Frances. Very secure. Any questions or concerns promptly answered in person or on the phone. Frances always called back on the same day if the office was busy.

I was able to do everything on line to set up my climate control unit. I stopped in the office and met the office manager, who was very professional, helpful and kind. I was able to borrow a dolly from the office and started moving stuff in. The unit was clean, temperature was cool and I feel that my things are secure. Great experience.👍

Great and friendly customer service from Frances. Set up and sign up was a breeze. Unit was clean and well lighted. Only downside was I couldnt sign up online because I was using my own insurance. Minor matter because Frances did a great job with sign up and questions. Still got the online rate too.

Amazing service. Left my keys about 120 miles north of the unit in New York, and Frances (property manager) provided amazing help to allow us to get in the storage unit even after my blunder. Not only was the service from Frances amazing, but the Regional Manager also clearly cared about the situation and had a true desire to help us out. She was very knowledgeable about the storage unit, the costs and reassured us that our personal items will be 100% safe. We had looked at a few other storage units but Lana made us feel so comfortable that we had to go with you guys. We came to Public Storage searching for a climate controlled unit. We have dealt with other storage companies in the past and never thought twice about dealing with them but after our experience today, we will be using Public Storage for all our storage needs in the future. The property manager, Frances, was friendly, cheerful, and pleasant. She was knowledgeable, thorough and easy to work with. The grounds and units were clean, and the parking areas are wider than the places we have rented in the past. The grounds are continuously monitored, the office was organized, neat and clean as well. We feel at ease leaving our stuff there!

I came into this location on Saturday to purchase a few boxes. Stephanie went over the available specials with me. She then went over everything i would need for my move and gave me awesome packing ideas that i was not even thinking about! By the time i left the store, i had purchased 30 boxes and other packing supplies. Stephanie really went above and beyond with her customer service. She knew all the products she was selling me and knew what she was talking about, she answered so many of my questions. She was very dedicated in making me feel so much more comfortable and at ease with my stressful move. Stephanie was very helpful and polite.
