I ran over a screw in my tire and took it to LADDS. The service was spectacular across the board. They fixed my issue in 30 mins and the price was extremely economic. I will definitely be returning to this shop for all my future car needs.

From start to finish these guys did an amazing job! Helped me choose a great tire for my truck, and handled every other issue that I had. I was looking for a one stop shop and they knocked it out of the park! Got tires, inspection, and other misc repairs done in less than a day! And they had to order tires, to get me the best price available. I will continue to use Ladds as my go to mechanic in the future

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I am usually very skeptical and hesitant whenever taking my vehicles in for work. However, these folks are very honest and absolutely will NOT try to upsell you to replace things on your car that do not need to be replaced.Story time: our car was involved in a minor collision which dramatically messed up the alignment. The insurance company automatically took the car to “Carolina Collision Center.” They informed me that the bolts were ceased and that everything was too rusty to be aligned. I immediately questioned this and took it to an establishment I trust, LADDS. They had the job completed within the hour for a price that was less than the Collision center charged for a job they would not do.LADDS truly is a place that has earned my trust and continued business with their professionalism and customer service.

Took my truck in to have a noise checked out. I knew it could have been any of several things. They took it right in. Test drove it and determined the problem right away. They were able to get the part and replace it all within the hour. The price was exactly as quoted which was reasonable and they didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. Quick friendly service. My new go to automotive business. I look forward to dealing with them again.

Had my alternator on my 2010 Honda go out the other day. I explained that it had to be fixed within a day due the car needing to be relocated, they had it ready within 24 hours for a awesome deal! Will never go anywhere else

Fast, affordable and efficient work . Had water coming in on driver side mat.

Dropped my car off when it wouldn’t start and they said the battery was tested and fine... insisted the alternator was bad even though it was replaced less than 30k miles ago. But we paid for a new alternator anyway...Go to pick it up and it wouldn’t start. They jumped it and sent me on my way. Next morning didn’t start had it towed back to them (mistake) now this time they said it was the battery. Without my permission they replaced it and charged me another $165! Sorry not sorry was basically the response I got along with some shady explanations.

Took care of something minor and didnt even charge me. Not many places you can trust when it comes to cars and Ladds is among them

Brought my car in they couldn’t figure it out which i understand but dropped my car back at my house with the tow truck I’m happy at no cost but then somehow forgot to tighten the lugs on my tires and I wasn’t sure what the problem was until I got to the next shop I brought it to” the tires were never the issue” that being said I ended up fixing it myself bad brake booster.
