This was my first off-road upgrade and East Carolina OffRoad made it the best experience imaginable! From outlining my project, to suggestions, to quotation (which was extremely fair pricing, and they offered me a military discount as well 🇺🇸) to the excellent work... just a first-class experience. Josh and Mike became like friends, giving updates, and showing interest in my project. I installed more aggressive tires and rims on my Subaru Outback, plus I did a 2 lift, and installed a light bar and lighting and a skid plate, I could not be more impressed with the work they did on my vehicle. Dont tell my wife, but Im looking into some additional upgrades including suspension, East Carolina OffRoad is a 6 ⭐️ company, period

Everyone at East Carolina Off-Road was absolutely amazing! I wanted to lift my Jeep and put bigger tires on as well, and when I called asking for a quote they actually took the time to find the exact parts I needed to give me an accurate quote instead of just throwing a random number at me like I experienced at other places. They got my Jeep in quickly and did an excellent job! I’m even more obsessed with my Jeep now than I was before. They made her look even better! Every staff member I spoke to was extremely nice and very professional. I cannot recommend East Carolina Off-Road enough! I will certainly be back for any future mods

This happened roughly 10-12 months ago I had a noise coming from the rear end while I was visiting the beach so I took it to the only shop that could get me in and they told me that the bearing where gone and a few teeth on the ring gear where chipped so they did a full rear end rebuild. I followed to break in period to the tee and this is the out come after 1200 miles I took it another shop since if from out town I took it to another shop and they said it didn’t even look like they did anything the the shims for the carrier where way off and completely destroyed this thing.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience. I dropped my Jeep off before making a cross country trip and asked the East Carolina Off-Road crew to do a full inspection. They were able to get everything done so quickly and for a very fair price. Definitely recommend.

I got tires that were just a tad too wide. Mike at East Carolina Off Road suggested 1.5 inch spacers and they ride great! I can turn the wheels so much further now. (And my Jeep looks more aggressive too!) They did a great job. Friendly, fast and efficient. I will be back when the time comes for more modifications. Thank you ECOR!

Great service, honest business, and awesome quality...Mike and the guys at East Carolina off-road installed my 3” lift as well as wheels/tires on my 2017 Toyota Tacoma...Final product came out awesome! Couldn’t be happier....Being this was my first lift, I wasn’t super knowledgeable as to what all was out there and what I should get. Mike gave me all the time I needed to sit down and discuss different options, recommendations, and the ins and outs of everything until I understood what I was getting and felt comfortable with my decision. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Terrific experience dealing with these professionals. Mike did an incredible job with my 2017 F250 6.7. He added a legal 100hp tune, S&B intake and exhaust upgrade. They also modified my wheels with 2 spacers. The truck performance is unreal. Big power increase, 2+ MPH gain and a nice smooth ride. Thank you guys!

Brought in a 2017 Tacoma following a suspension lift and wheel/tire upgrade. Tires were rubbing within the wheel well and on the body mounts. The shop gave me an upfront quote and delivered a professional service. Conducted a body mount chop, welded in newly fabricated plates, painted, and trimmed additional wheel well where necessary. Held true to their quote and time estimate. The finished product looks great and I have full clearance of the front wheels all the way around. Highly recommend East Coast Offroad for work on Tacos.

I had my Jeep brought in for several problems and understood that it might be 2 weeks before it was fixed but to my surprise they fixed it the same day. They fixed an ongoing problem with steering after I had my Jeep lifted now my Jeep rides like it should. They have earned a customer for life

Ordered parts for my Tacoma. Very nice dealing with on the phone. Gave me several different equipment options. And explained the difference between each option. And within minutes I had the best equipment ordered for my particular job rebuilding the front suspension on my truck.

Awesome shop! I’ve gone here for a few things. For my Jeep, they helped me get the right parts for my project and quick to get it in. For my truck, I ordered tires from them and had them mount and balance. I was In and out. Check them out!

I am from PA and was in the area on vacation. My caliper seized up and I was told to bring it the next morning. When I showed up they looked at my Jeep and got me the necessary parts. My Jeep was fixed and I was on my way to finish enjoying my vacation. Not only did they provide amazing customer service and great pricing but they have the knowledge and expertise for this line of what. I do all my own work to my Jeep but would trust them to do any work on my Jeep anytime.

Best shop in town. Josh and Mike really know their stuff. They have helped repair and fabricate several different jobs on both my jk and xj. They have gone out of their way to make sure the job was done correctly and for the best price. I would highly recommend to anyone.
