On September 4th 2021 I drove 300 miles one way from Hurley Va. to Wilmington Ohio to buy my new 2021 Ford F150 super crew cab. I must say that Ive bought alot of new vehicles over the years but I feel that Bill Marine Ford treated me better than any of them. The salesman Rick Baughn was really nice to talk to. He didnt try to rush me or he never tried to talk me into buying something extra that I didnt want. I feel like he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I would also like to brag on the lady that done the financial paperwork. I wish I could remember her name but they are closed as I am writing this review but she is top notched. She worked with me to get it financed the way I wanted it and I want to give them both a thumbs up. Buy from Bill Marine Ford. Youll be glad you did.

Love our local Bill Marine Ford here in Wilmington Ohio. I just bought a nice F-150 and they have done and will be doing all my service. Great pricing on oil and oil filter changes plus they check the other fluids, filters and tire pressure and rotate if needed. They also took care of one of my recalls. Nice waiting room with TV and comfortable seating. Fast service and very nice staff. Cant beat the price for the oil change. Nice place to take care of the service on your truck or car. Nice full page printed receipts for your truck folders maintenance records. I bring both mine and my wifes Ford Fusion to Bills and recommend them to anyone who wants fast service, great work and an honest place to take your vehical. I was going to buy a truck today. They had one advertised online 7.3 l 1999 F350 dually. It was almost like pulling teeth to try to get an answer out of them as to why they were so adamant about it being sold as is Yes it was rough I get that but it just gave me a really bad vibe so I rolled out

I would not waste your time or money taking your vehicle here! Most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever been to! The loaner car they gave me was a Mini Van with 200,000 miles on it, the check engine light was on, needed a alignment, the heat barley worked (it’s the middle of winter)! Simply terrible and quite frankly embarrassing customer service. I have never been to a dealership where their loaner car is simply embarrassing and unsafe to drive! I still CANNOT believe the experience I had!

Absolutely Terrible service! Went there to get a fuse because my door controls were not working, they told me to bring it in and they would switch it out for me for little to no charge. Took it there and they charged me $50 and said they were giving me a discount for a job that took 2 minutes. Never again!

Had a recall on my 2010 Ford Edge for airbag. They got me in and out extremely fast. Very nice service department personnel.

Horrible service center. Was advised needed new computer $1300. Took them 4 weeks to break some things and give a bad diagnosis.Wanting a second opinion took it to a reputable mechanic and reset the instrument panel while fixing what bill Marine broke for $230. If you like your money stay away and take it elsewhere to a trustworthy mechanic. Do not trust these people.

Good service, good prices, they negotiate and work with you on all pricing. We bought a used car and they gave us a great price, when we go in for services, they are just as accommodating.

I went in today with my 2 young kids and tried to see about scheduling my car for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Walked up to the service desk and the heavyset gentleman was sitting at his desk with his back turned playing on his phone. I stood there for 5 mins before I tired to get his attention and he never turned around! This is the second time this has happened!! I will never be back if this is how they do business!!! I even managed to take a picture of him just playing away!!!
