Joe and all the guys at JV auto were amazing. My Toyota was having some trouble on the way home to South Carolina while on vacation. I was told by the local Toyota dealership it would be 4 days before they could get me in. I called up JV Auto and they had me back on the road in a couple hours.If I lived anywhere in the area this would be the only place I would take my car A+ all around.

Let me preface this review by saying that I deliberately waited a full year working with JV Auto before writing this review. I take my reviews seriously so I wanted to be sure I had enough background and experience working with them. To date I have seen them over a dozen times, and each time I received the same level of commitment and service.Let me also say that I NEVER give 5 stars ... I equate a 5 star rating to a restaurant having received a Michelin Star ... very hard to come by and you must exceed my expectations in all areas.Having said that .....I cant say enough about the *FANTASTIC* service I (consistently) receive from them, and how reasonably priced they are for parts and service ... and thats saying a lot because I am a VERY high maintenance when it comes to my cars. Especially my 1988 Toyota Landcruiser that I would not have purchased if it werent for knowing how well they would take care of her.She purrs like a kitten, I feel safe and love driving her.Thx Guys. I purchased a 2016 Subaru Outback and dollar for dollar I prefer to have my vehicle services by JV Auto Service. The dealer provides a service, however, the prices for the same services JV offers makes a huge difference in my budget. The dealership charges 2 to 1 for services and JV gives you an honest price and the service is impeccable. The reps are friendly and the best part of bringing my vehicle in is that they know you and they know you live in the neighborhood. Also, I support my neighborhood businesses and I think that is what keeps this valuable vendor in our a viable part of this neighborhood.

They fixed my driveshaft, got me new tires and charged my ac all in a day and at a great price. Dan is the man!

JV Auto Service has handled our familys vehicles now for approximately two years. In that time, theyve handled everything from oil changes and tune-ups to major part replacements. They are professional from start to finish and, more importantly, are 100% reliable. They have never exceeded a quote and are honest when it comes to differentiating between recommended and essential fixes. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

My car broke down by the shop. They didnt charge me overnight fee. Unfortunately, the customer service was very poor. So I towed my car from this shop.

They were courteous and keep in touch with the ongoing repairs if there was anything other than what you requested. I deal with them all the time because of their honesty and integrity. I cant say enough good things about J.V. Auto. They go the extra mile for their customers.
