Dont waste your time with these people. their policies are over priced, and their customer service is terrible. some of their agents barely even speak english. they quoted me over $2,000/yr for motorcycle insurance, i got better coverage for $423/yr. i asked for a quote for home insurance, they never called back. i switched auto insurance and got more coverage for $800 less/year. they won;t be in business much longer with this kind of performance. the only reason i gave them one star is because i couldnt give them none

After looking into acquiring business insurance through Smalls, we have waited over a month to hear nothing back. Every time we call we get, Can we have your number so we can call you back. Only to hear nothing still. Dont waste your time with this company, move on and find someone better.

Scam artists. Went with them on recommendation from my used car dealer, he said they always find the cheapest rate. I was a fool to trust them; they found me a rate >$100 higher than I did on my own. I have been trying to cancel my policy for a month now; they either dodge calls or shift the blame on to the insurance company. To make any progress, I had to get the agent on the line with the insurance company, so they couldnt shift the blame anymore. Finally, now my policy is cancelled, but it will take an extra 10 days to process the refund, because they took so long to issue the cancellation. Meanwhile, Im responsible for the overdraft fees and other associated costs with the overcharging of my account.Avoid dealing with them at all costs. They will charge you more and have terrible customer service.

Ive called my insurance agent on different days and differnet times and all I ever get is he is out of the office, can he call you back? This never results in a call back. When you ask questions about your policy all you ever get is attitude and snappy remarks. I am canceling my policy and going with someone else or dealing with Progressive myself rather than though an agent. They are worthless.

Ive been dealing with mr. Curtis now for somewhere around four to five years and hes always on top of his game.

This is a scam company... I wouldnt do business with this company I used them for insurance sold my vehicle. sent my cancellation and proof I dont own vehicle. they keep charging me. wont return my call or emails BAD Business!!!!
