I certainly appreciated their honesty. I had 3 separate creases (no paint damage) repaired on the driver side . The creases were on the front fender, driver’s door and the rear passages door. Tom is very professional and straightforward and did an excellent job removing a straight down door dent on my rear passenger door and a scraped dent on my driver rear door aswell. I bought a new 2021 Rav 4 on a Saturday. Monday, only three days after purchasing it, on my way back home an individual threw a construction cone at my vehicle denting the side. I had a wonderful experience getting a door ding in my new car fixed by Tom. Talking to other repair shops, the smaller ding are actually quite hard to fix well, especially in a hard to access place like the middle of the door panel.I called only a couple of days before the weekend and he to fit me in for that Saturday morning. He was able to get the ding out (see pics!) in less than an hour. The reflection of the panel is perfectly smooth again.Price was very reasonable for the quality of work. Ill definitely stop by the next time the world is unkind to my vehicle.

I can’t say enough about the work that Tom and his crew performed on my car. I talked to several body shops and other dent repair professionals before contacting Tom and none gave me the confidence that they could do the job to my satisfaction. My Audi A3 Cabrio is my baby, a 2018, black and only 16k miles with a ceramic coating, washed several times per week. When I saw the dent for the first time I was devastated. I was a little sceptial going in that the dents, where they were located on crease, could be removed using this method of dent removal. I was astonised at the results. He got me in the next day and my car was completely repaired. I had a football sized dent in my trunk and you cant even tell it was there. He also touched up the small paint crack for me as well. Alas, a hero in our midst!As someone who takes pride in their vehicle, dont you just hate it when you walk out to your car to see that some rapscallion slammed their door into yours leaving a gnarly gash of paint and metal highlighting the nasty dent in your car door?? Personally, few things piss me off more. I don’t even care about the money - just be a decent human being and apologize man! Anyways, you know the story... insurance seems like a hassle and my copay was way steep for this kind of thing thus my search for a dent repair shop began. Oh! This is important... I AM A 30-YR OLD WOMAN. After receiving quotes from 2 local shops for nearly $1,000, and feeling quite uncomfortable while on their lots, I figured what’s one more? I really had no patience to lose at that point - crying and snapping felt equally likely... So, I dug a little more and stumbled upon some very relatable (and recent) reviews for Dent Away by Tom.
