A year ago I had an encounter with the owner of this company where he wrecked into my car in a parking lot. He refused to give me insurance information (I believe he doesn’t have insurance, so ride with him at your own risk). The incident was witnessed by three other people and it was confirmed he was at fault.The owner refused to pay for any damages and actually SCREAMED at me over the phone and hung up on me multiple times for requesting payment for damages to my car.I could not believe the level of outright rage and complete lack of professionalism I experienced while dealing with this man.He is a reckless driver with serious anger problems and though I decided to not pursue any legal action because I have insurance and I was done being screamed at and hung up on, I do think it’s fair to write a review about the type of person and business you are considering supporting.I would not ride with this company if my life depended on it as I’ve seen first hand how terrible of a person the owner is. please consider using another taxi service as there are many great ones in the Wilmington area.

My organization used their services during an event and was very pleased by how fast they got our girls to and from the venue. They were very patient, nice, and work efficiently as when every car was full they drivers drove their first cars then went back to the lot to pick up the second round of people. Awesome people to work with!

Very upscale and professional. I love they are not only punctual on arrival but help me to arrive at my destination in a fast and safe manner. Highly recommended.
