We used Lett’s Limo Service for the night of our wedding in Oak Island, NC! Eric was prompt and so polite! He picked up our wedding party first, and rolled out the red carpet and had plenty of refreshments. Everyone was so excited! He came back and picked us up (bride and groom) and had champagne chilled for us! It was so nice to relax after the ceremony, and have someone drive us to our dinner. I highly recommend Eric and this limo service! It made our night amazing and we are so thankful for everything!!

I could not ask for a better limousine company! I have rode with two different drivers, Steve and Eric, and they both went above and beyond for me. They both were extremely courteous, and generous; even going as far as to decorate the limousine for special occasions for my group. I have ridden in the Escalade, town car, 6 passenger limousine, 5 door limousine, and even the older 8 passenger limousine. I was happy with each vehicle, as all of them were clean, nice, smelled good, and had just the right amount of decor. I love having fresh flowers and champagne waiting on me each time I get in the limo. I would not ride with anyone else!

I hired Letts Limousine service on my wedding day to chauffeur all of my groomsmen and the bridal party to the wedding venue, as well as pick up my bride and me after the wedding, and I was quite satisfied! Eric, our chauffeur was very responsive and courteous, arriving on time and did a very professional job. Everyone that was a part of the wedding party was very complementary and I would highly recommend using Letts in the future! The price and service out beat any other alternative in the Wilmington/surrounding areas!

Used this car service for a family members prom, we rented a black escalade thought it would be more up to date, handle to the door fell off it was taped, the seats were ripped. The driver was dressed in a tux jacket and a wool cap dont know why. For 500.00 I expected to see car shining rims gleaming did not see that. Received only 50.00 back for this, car was horrible. If your thinking of using this service, go and see the car that you are renting. To respond to the owner no one asked for charity she explain what was allotted for transportation you decided the escalade would be the car to send no one said that this was a discounted price, you did us no favor we had the car for 5hrs not 10. The car was not worth what you charged you knew it wasnt worth 799.00 you want to run a business keep your cars in good condition and shined up whatever the price so its worth the money. I stand by my post check the car before renting. We work we do not ask for nothing without paying for it. And we dont do cheap.

Eric is awesome. We have used him for a parents night out and just had a wonderful Daddy/Daughter Dance with a limo full of screaming little daughters. Great service. My kid asked for a formal style evening with dinner for her birthday. Steve from Letts made this night extra special for her. He had the limo decorated, framed a happy birthday message for her and event rolled out the red carpet (literally).Leading up to the date Steve kept up communications with us. He even got the kids sparkling juice to drink out of champagne glasses. The kids lived it up like royalty. Steve and Letts Limo gave my daughter a birthday she will remember!

We were in town for a wedding this past weekend and used both Letts Limo and Letts taxi service to/from the airport and to/from the wedding from our hotel. They were on-time, friendly and their rates were about half of their competitor. After our trip, they even emailed a thank you and best wishes for a safe flight home. I would definitely use them again.

We cant thank Eric Bennett and Letts Limousine Services enough for taking our bachelorette party above and beyond! We had a blast from start to finish. Eric arrived and the limo was decked out with fresh flowers, pink and black napkins, champagne on ice, bottled waters, a superb sound system and music videos on the TV for every song! He took us to every restaurant, bar, and club that we asked and though there is no parking downtown, he was always there to pick us up in a flash! There is no better way to throw a party than with Eric and Letts Limousine Services. I did a lot of shopping around and they are the most reasonably priced in all of Wilmington...and you dont have to sacrifice quality!

When I desperately needed a ride home 200 miles away. Stevo came to my rescue, poped the trunk and opened the back door of his executive edition Lincoln contenental and said where you wanna go.
