Staff was super friendly and accommodating! I definitely would recommend booking an appointment. Appreciative that they squeezed me in on a Saturday. First time visitor. Clean spa, great color selection, and I love the fact they are taking precautions in the midst of the pandemic (sanitizer, and pedicure liners). 2-stars because my manicure only lasted 24hrs. Unsure if it was because of the rush or if this was standard with their polish/technique. A little disappointing to have wasted $40. Note: tips are preferred in cash.

Love this place! They carry good high quality polish for healthy nails. Just did french gel nails and Im totally hooked! People are nice and they do great job taking care of customers.

Worker seemed to have an attitude once I walked in and then said they don’t do fill-ins so don’t go here if you are in need of a touch up — and if they do do fill-in s that should tell you all you need to know about them.

Unsatisfied for my first visit to the salon! Went for new manicure and removing my old one. The lady took for everrrr removing no chip color from my nails!! She said 1 hour for removing and 1 hour for putting new polish?????!!!!! Ive never geard about this face. Plus she asked me for tip when I didnt even get what i wanted she only cleaned them with no manicure. I was not going to wait another hour for that. I gave her 10$ for cleaning and not even a good cleaning. Plus $5 tip she asked for. Never again to this location. Bad and very slow service.

Terrible first experience here. I had gotten my nails done at a different salon 2 days prior. I didn’t like the color and shape of my nails, so I came to spa city nails to get a polish change. I didn’t want to pay for new acrylics because I had just spent $60 for them literally 2 days before. The technician seemed very annoyed that I had not gotten my acrylics done there. Sorry, do you want my business now or not?I paid for the service before Kelly started painting my nails. They charged me more than they said it would be when I initially asked. Then, I asked her if she could file my nails a little more and she told me no. I absolutely will not be returning and would not recommend.

I am so happy with the lady(Linda) who took care of me today.She was calm and gentle.The shop was very clean and people at the shop also was very friendly. I will visit again.

Tried spa nail city for the 1st time. Horrible!!!!! They charged me for removing my previous dip color. Told them this is my 1st & last time coming. Ive never heard of a nail company charging to remove an other salon color. Horrible service to a 1st time customer that even grabbed a normal color for my feet that was extra $5. Cant believe how they do business. You would figure they would want to grab new customers not overcharge them. Go to another nail place.

Took my girlfriend here after finding a deal on Groupon. The staff is very kind and welcoming. They are very attentive to detail. They make you feel comfortable and do a very good job. I suggest making an appointment here. I will definitely give them my business again.

Two weeks ago on Friday night my best friend from high school and I went for the first time here to get a pedicure. I really liked the quality right away, as the nail polish is nice and thick. Best pedicure ever! But I had to wait to write the review for what if it didn’t last. Here I am, it lasted! Angi and another nice lady did our nails - sorry for forgetting the name.
