Was just in there to do an alignment and they brought me into to show me that there would be no reason to do it until I got my upper control arms fixed and idler arm fixed. Thankfully they did other wise I would’ve wasted money. Excellent service. Very much appreciated.

They gave us a good laugh....we went in for a certain problem and they ended up fixing a different problem that wasnt even a problem. They told us were good to go but the original problem hadnt been touched yet🤣🤣oh well....we all have our days 🤦‍♀️

My wife brought our truck in to get an alignment. They charged 50 and said they couldnt do it because of bad parts in the truck they gave her a quote for 1300 dollars. They said that wheel bearings, and all steering parts need to be replaced. A week ago I had put on winter tires and check all steering parts and greased it. I checked all boots for cracks, they told her that some were missing. The wheel bearings were done a year ago and they for sure dont need to be done either. NEVER go there they are a scam. They try take money from everyone. While my wife was waiting an old lady came in to get a flat tire fixed and they made her get NEW ONES! They just prey on people.

These guys were able to get us in and out there same day and they did a great job on the repairs. We thought they were reasonably priced as well which is impressive for Williston because everything seems to cost about twice as much as it should here. Had the bearings replaced on both front wheels an a 2007 Pontiac Torrent.

Whom ever was answering phones 05/12/18 at 2:30pm needs to be fired. Very poor customer service. If it was the owner or manager answering the phone then this is a place NO ONE SHOULD EVER DO business with. I can afford to purchase an aluminum rim for a steer axle, when the man offered a steel axle instead because he said I couldnt afford aluminum, I assured him I could and could pay with cash. He said I dont want your business and hung up. This place will leave a trucker stranded, as they have just done now. Shameful, poor customer service, terrible phone etiquette. Dont list a 24 hr call out service number if 24 hr service is not available; its not like you got the call in the middle of the night, its 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. This business cannot be counted on, they will leave you stranded. Call at your own risk, they are untrustworthy and incredibly rude.*side note- Ive never left a review before but the man on the phone was of such poor character, I felt I had no choice but to warn others.

Was going in for a tire rotation, check my breaks, etc. Came out with all that and a an oil change that wasnt needed. Now, I have to go somewhere else to have them put full synthetic in my car. Dont care if the oil change was free, not cool.

I had to leave my tire in order to get it patched. When I returned the next day to pick it up my rim was scuffed up as if they slammed the rim on its side a few times. I would never recommend this place

Went to get an alignment only to get a list of things needing done and wouldnt even do the alignment. Even though my personal mechanic told me everything is fine.
