My mom, myself, my daughter and my granddaughter drove 250 miles to a family wedding and my service light went in as we entered Vermont. It was Monday, Labor Day and I called my 24 he auto service. I also called AAA and the Vermont police station. I even went to a gas station that gave me a name of a shop. There was no internet so we drove a ways because everyone couldn’t help. I looked up local roadside services. I called everyone and left a message on the ones that didn’t say they were closed for the holidays. I was so nervous about driving another 250 miles and breaking down on the way back home since there was no help available Chris’ auto shop called me back and actually drove an hour to meet up with us. He looked over my engine and topped off my fluids. My oil was in bad shape but I could make it back home. You can’t imagine how helpful he was to us. And he didn’t charge us anything!He said it comes with the job and it was part of his business! I told him the dozen names I called and he was the only one to respond. He went above and beyond the average person. I am so grateful he is that above average guy!Thank you so much!!

These guys have a nice shop set up and are interested in doing quality work diversity and growth. I had the pleasure of meeting Chris today, and reconnecting with Kyle. While I was there I witnessed Kyle very politely tell a customer exactly long their car was gonna take gave details to local business and bus info. It was great to see someone you know working hard and doing right and trying to share that with the community. I suggest we share back with this local business and bring your vehicles to Chriss Auto for services and repairs they do all auto work except for transmissions...and Kyle dont forget to give me a shout when you are ready to hire... I would love to work in a shop with ethics again.

I’m elderly but they were very clear and what was needed and costs. Air conditioner works really well now. They did discover other things that needed to be fixed that my old dealer missed…cracked muffler. Car is now silent and cool. Small and friendly.

Thought it was a great place untill they shoved a filter in that was to big for my 2013 dodge Avenger and broke one of the latches and got charged 109 dollars thanks guys for breaking my parts.wont be going here again.and now in order to get my latch fixed and the right filter I have to take down this bad review no I will take it down when you fix the problems you created. heres some screen shots of the conversation on face book and we were happy because we thought you were honest people and looking at are car for free instead we get a broken latch and a filter to big for are car.

Chris and his staff are professional and friendly, and make you feel very welcome. They provided a quality service for a reasonable cost. They even detailed my car at no extra charge. Highly recommend!

Chris is awesome! He really knows his stuff and what he is doing and does it well. He is very nice, honest and will not steer you wrong. They tried to scam my 75 year old father by upcharging on parts, changing the price of the job after they already agreed to a amount, then refused the job after they where called on it, definitely do not recommend this shop to anyone especially the elderly,
