After taking my dodge journey to the dealer for a clunking sound and not being able to get anything resolved Badlands Clutch and Transmission quickly diagnosed my car with the issue. Drove up from California for work👨‍💻... had my 4x4 go out right before winter🤦‍♂️....during the rainy season. Muddy roads😬Pete was able to look and test drive my truck, troubleshoot the problem and within minutes. He found the problem. We ordered the part(s) and schedule a date for the repairs. Im glad I found and called this shop other places I called had poor customer service.Badlands Clutch & Transmission was able to fix my truck, 👨‍🔧hands down they provide great quality work.I would recommend them to any one 😁👍

They did a transmission inspection, flushed it out and filled it all the time they said it would take and less than their original estimate.

During a visit to Williston, i experienced transmission troubles. I searched around for help online, read the reviews online and then contacted Badlands Trans for help. After describing the problems, it sounded like maybe? just my torque converter gave out. So, we ordered a new torque converter and other parts needed. 2 days for parts to arrive, and with the other parts cleaned out i was back up and running the same week. I performed the R&R myself as the shop was already commited to other customers. But during a time of vulnerability, Badlands came through! Making a bumm situation easier to deal with, providing excellent customer service and honest fair service to a stranded customer. I highly recommend this shop! Also, come back and provide a review with your experience, Im certain itll help others as Badlands helped me! Thanks and Much Appreciated.

Great Place to get your transmission worked on or replaced. I would definitely recommend.

I dropped off a solid transmission. No clunks or loose parts. Said it would be $2800 to rebuild a 2wd transmission. Haha. When a person can buy a fresh rebuild for $1000? Im positive the transmission didnt need a complete rebuild as there were no noises coming from the transmission itself. Told them Im not paying that to have it rebuilt. Picked up the transmission from them and now its clunky and clanky. Loose parts all over inside. Didnt put it back together right. Total half ass job. Cost me $1000 For a rebuilt transmission now and just because I wanted them to test it. Avoid them and got to another shop.

Prices are rediculous and they have to install and remove the transmissions
