They have always been helpful to answer all my questions or needs. And they get back to you very quickly. I had a home issue and the person that needed to check out the damage he was there the next day. Great service!

Called this company for Evidence of Insurance for a client. Person who answered the call was very unprofessional & unpleasant. He didnt follow protocol for providing the information on his clients behalf. Never had an experience like this before. If I could give zero stars, I would.

My husband and I have been dealing with the Gronski Lehman Insurance Agency for more years than I can remember! Their staff is friendly and very willing to go above and beyond what you would ever expect to keep their customers informed and happy. One thing they do which is outstanding is letting their customers know if their is something they could change that would save them money on their policies. The average customer doesnt keep up on all the latest perks on insurance and my husband and I depend on our Insurance Agency to help us with that and we are very satisfied with this office. She was by far the best agent i have dealt with when it comes to insurance .She was amazing, helpful, organized and very professional. Be sure to ask for her when you stop in .

John Gronski has been great assisting me with my policy and helping me get all the discounts that Im entitled to. I have also dealt with Fallon Waltz and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. They all make you feel like family and theyre rates are better than I have seen anywhere else.
