Recently moving into the Williamsport area from another state, Stacee made the switch from my previous agent and auto policy transition easy and efficient. From the initial call when out of state to meeting her in person, it was an overall positive experience. She was very helpful, informative and down to earth when setting up and finalizing my policy. She explained everything without me even having to ask and informed me of other policies I could have if I chose to but didnt push/force them on me. Stacee even took the time to set me up on a call with the internet division and help me figure out why I was having an error when trying to access my account online. Going in on a Saturday with a skeleton crew and other customers coming in, I never once felt rushed or that my needs were any less important which is a great feeling.
