If I could give zero stars I would. They had our truck for nearly 6 months! They said they did a state inspection as a courtesy before giving the truck back. We were appreciative. After having the truck for two weeks we ended up with a nail in the tire and had to have it replaced. Rotors are bad, brakes were metal on metal! They performed a fraudulent inspection. Reporting to BBB. Avoid this place! Photos will be posted shortly

Recommend you go elsewhere. I called inquiring about a vehicle on the site and was advised they dont have it. It had low miles that didnt match with the price but the stock number was the same to another more expensive car with extremely high miles. Sales person proceeded to tell me about the car and I just stopped her to let her know that this sounded like a bait and switch. Of course, she hung up on me. Just saved myself some time and hopefully yours too!

Online inventory is not up to date. Walked right past an employee in the lot and had to ask him if he worked there so we could get some help, HE LAUGHED. Then proceeded to show us NOTHING about the car we were interested in, to be honest I would have thought he didnt actually work there until he went in and got the keys for us. Tyler ended the awful experience by letting us know, we could buy it or not - it would be gone soon regardless. AKA he didnt need our business. We actually wanted the car but left feeling uneasy about the dealership so went to West Broad Kia and purchased instead.

Okay, so I posted a review when I only had 1 week of experience with this shop. Over the course of a month, the service department manager, Rob, has learned my name personally, has extended every resource possible with me, and helped me tremendously with every phone call Ive made. To sum up the reason i was brought here, my 2015 kia optima needed the turbo replaced. Turns out, that comes with difficulty when you want aftermarket cheaper parts with that. So to say that time has only been spent on waiting for parts to ship and for the work to be done is amazing because I havent seen a day where they have wasted any time letting my car sit for any other reason. Please be patient during this time while they wait for parts to come in, they are super awesome people and wont cause any interference with the care provided to you or your family. I saw a guy have his transmission go out and he lived out of state. They hooked him up some how. Come here you wont regret it.

I brought my Kia there for service, the day I came to drop it off they were being bombarded with calls, I dropped it off on a Thursday, and told them I just needed it by Monday evening. I received both a textAnd a phone call from them. After driving a hour to pick the car up, it still wasn’t ready, I paid and waited another hour.When my car was brought to me, it wasn’t vacuumed or washed, After spending 1,000.00 at your service department. I asked the person that brought it out if they offered those services, he stated that they did. Over all I’m disappointed

James Barth and Manager Rob went above and beyond during the purchase of our new Kia Sorento. There was no high pressure atmosphere and James even met us at the gas pump to buy our first tank of gas. We will definitely return for our next vehicle purchase!

My KIA Forte’s transmission is currently being replaced and throughout this stressful time they have been endlessly giving me great customer service and still are. It’s amazing to have this much customer service especially when my car is at a dealers an hour away. Thanks to the services I have been getting I highly recommend Williamsburg KIA dealer.

This is my second time writing this review as the first one has mysteriously disappeared. I was told I wasnt a good fit for this dealership by the sales manager when I started asking questions about a vehicle that I ordered a month and a half ago. This was after they collected my $1000.00 deposit on the supposed order. They didnt order anything!! They even produced a fake order form which had numerous mistakes on it!!They quickly returned my deposit once I inquired about the status of the vehicle, the order form, and demanded better answers than COVID. I was a good fit at Colonial Kia in Chesterfield VA and received my vehicle in 2 weeks after wasting 1 1/2 months with this dealer!!! Do your research. If they are elusive to your questions go somewhere else!!!

Purchased a car a few months ago, a 2020 kia soul gt line turbo. sold with a cracked windshield, but they claimed they had a new one on order already. ok, no big deal. but a few weeks went by. they never called to set up an appointment. we called up there multiple times, and each time it seemed the people we needed to talk to were never there. finally drove the hour drive up there to bring this up in person. once there they claimed we were a no show to the scheduled, when we were never contacted to set up a time or ever heard about an appointment. the manager took my husbands number down to call when my windsheld came in, never called. multiple calls later we finally recieved a reference number. scheduled an appointment with safelite, and they said the dealer ordered the wrong part after I dropped my car off. safelite reached out to the dealer, and i made a 2nd appointment. once again, the dealer ordered an after market part and not a dealer glass which we found out after dropping the car off. we are now waiting on a THIRD part. after over 3 months of dealing with this.I dont recommend. I will be filing complaints about this experience as well.

Was not good from the start. Had to have them come to “deluxe cabin” to spray deck with wasp n yellowjacket spray…sticky stain on deck was attracting them. Had to clean cobwebs off of windows inside. No sheets on bunk beds in 2nd bedroom…Blinds broken or missing. No place to put anything by bed. Used kitchen chair..in bedroom, bed faced one way. Tv on wall to left. Had to lie across width of bed with pillows behind head to look at tv..stained sofa…ugh…kicker was the ants doing conga line on the floor…inside…I deal with critters, bugs n the like, outside…not inside. Left 2 days early…no refund they said b/c it was “deluxe cabin”. Their idea of deluxe n mine totally different. At checkout, woman at desk said ‘yes, we’ve had a ton of ants this year”. To which I said “and you didn’t do anything about it?” Don’t stay here.
