Theyre pumps are always having issues and one time I went in and paid 25.00 and the pump only pumped 9.00 they said that the rest of the money would go back on my card and it never did they kept my money

My new favorite gas station. I go out of my way to stop here and fill up. Its so refreshing to stop at a clean, well kept station with good customer service. New owners have definitely made a difference! Awesome job!

Verses paying the price of gas on Richmond Rd I make it a point of getting my gas at this Sunoco where I know I will get the best price. I always feel safe especially at night. Always clean inside. Nice to see an owner take pride in his business.I

One of the better gas stations I have been too. Very clean and organized. Doesnt feel like Im going to get mugged or get an infection in the restroom. Great staff as well funny enough, didnt think gas stations could actually have good service!

Let’s cut to the chase shall we? This facility is easily the best convenience store in Williamsburg. From the moment I first fueled my truck, I noticed the cleanliness, flawless appearance of the grounds, as well as the friendly and knowledgeable staff Manning this establishment. This ownership clearly takes a tremendous amount of pride in their business!

Just visited (3/31/19 @ 1:30pm) the Sunoco in Williamsburg on Pocahontas Trail to fill up the car with gas and replace our propane tank. The guy working there claimed they didn’t have any propane and wouldn’t refund us for the empty tank. I don’t believe either was true - he was just too lazy to go outside and open the cage to get a new tank for us and didn’t want to figure out how to process a refund for the empty tank. This is really poor customer service - won’t be shopping there any more.

This place has the lowest gas prices in the area, Along with 5 cents off for cash. One of the best customer service for a gas station. Every time you walk in everyone is so friendly. Not to mention they have Western Union transfers only no pick up and sells money orders.

Great location! I was traveling at night, unfamiliar with the area and stopped here for gas. It was clean, had a good selection of snacks, welcoming employees, and I felt very safe overall.

I often travel from Virginia Beach to Richmond and I sincerely don’t stop anywhere else along the way! They always have gas even in situations when others don’t! During a recent power outage this Sunoco was the only to even have power on the entire street! The parking lot is always clean, the trash cans are emptied and I’ve never had an issue getting a receipt At the pump!

This gas station always has a clean bathroom and is well lit at night. The staff are friendly and there is a huge selection of snacks... let’s be real! It’s mostly about the snacks haha

It seems each time I have came in here, The gas attend just stares at me when I walk up to counter. No warm hello or how can I help you..have a nice day...nada! They act like they don’t want to be bothered. That location is too busy for ugly demeanor having attitude women like them to be supposedly working there. Lawwwwwwd jesusss people.
