Another great experience a Loyalty Chevrolet, I called to schedule service & was set up quickly. When I got there I was greeted by Kaitlyn Spencer, she got me checked in & told me approx how long it would take. Kaitlyn checked on me several times to see if I need anything & give me updates on my truck. When my truck was ready Kaitlyn walked me out to my truck to make sure that the mechanic had removed the paper floor mats & everything was ok. Its the little things like this that keeps me coming back. Service was scheduled quickly, service was completed on time & Service department was great & goes the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of correctly. Loyalty prides themselves on providing the best customer service experience possible. They want you to believe that they are bigger and better than Holiday. Dont fall for it. I can assure you that based on my husbands experience this week, it is not the same. I realize that when a business changes hands that there will be some changes. However, they shouldnt be negative to the customers who have been loyal (no pun intended) to that dealership. The oil change prices have increased and then they provide you a print out of all this service that needs to be done to the vehicle. Holiday was real. They truly valued their customers, relationships, and were honest. You felt like you were family and Loyalty does not give off that impression at all. If you had an issue with your vehicle you would have the sense of comfort that Holiday would take care of it and it would be reasonably priced. You do not value your customers (even though you say you do) or care about building relationships. It is simply transactional. The environment is not welcoming or friendly. You will never, ever be able to match the service provided by Art & Michael Hudgins and their staff. We will be taking our business elsewhere. I can promise you that you will also continue to lose the business of many more as they experience Loyalty to include all of my family that have been coming there for years. Loyalty, I know that you will careless about this review, but I think you should think seriously about the feedback and along with the other reviews that have provided you similar feedback.

EXTREMELY disappointed in the way the owner handles conflicts and the way he speaks to his customers after purchasing a vehicle. There is a proper way to speak to people. As a business owner I would expect that you would understand how to de-escalate a situation or possibly provided a solution. It is bad practice to blame the customer because you couldn’t provide the spare key that you promised. Justin Hoffman, I’m very disappointed in the service you provided. Please rethink the way you approach people the next time your customer has an issue. As much money as you’ll make from a used car sale, you should be happy to make a new key since you knew we really needed it. If you need to purchase a vehicle I recommend you shop elsewhere.

I went there for a diagnostic, and they was trying to charge me $630 telling me I need a new key and a new module. I had to pay $150 for a misdiagnotic. I took my car back and call locksmith, the only problem was a little adjustment on the chip of the key. So please they are going to try to take advantage of you, get somebody else to fix your car. Disrespect from the General Manager Justin Hoffman. He calls me and states a extra key cannot be provided. I state that is unsat by every level. Mr. Hoffman then states well we gave a deal on the vehicle. He said this before to me when I mentioned the scratches on the bumper and he will not be able to take care of that. I mentioned to him that he is being very disrespectful. He apologized and continued to not resolve the key issue. I mentioned to him that someone at his dealership, either the finance manager or the sale representative stated it was up in Richmond in someones desk. Again, weather I paid $ 16,400 or $10 continuing to state I got a deal for the car is not a get out a reason to provide the best possible service. Now, if I provided this service to one of my Sailors I would not have a job. Holiday Chevy for the Win!!! I was on vacation and had a serious issue with my truck. Made an appointment for the following morning via phone. Once at service, the staff was super helpful. Assured me the warranty would cover everything. Rich the Tech, said the repair called for a part that they didn’t have in stock. He quickly called in an order for the part, yet it was coming from Richmond. Service staff requested a rental car for my family, knowing that it would take some time. We were able to get a little more time out of our vacation. And once we returned, my truck was repaired and safe to drive back home to Philly. I could’ve asked for more from these guys. Terrible servdidnt. I went in for oil change and tire rotation and to get breaks checked.. Did not check my breaks even though I asked them to. They also lost my keys and invoice and it took them 20 minutes to find them. They were supposed to call me when my truck was ready but they didnt.

Ive consistently had car dealerships tell me my car needs unnecessary repairs, especially during state inspections. I understand the need for the dealerships to be profitable and with older cars in my stable the possibility for a dealership to get my legitimate business is a definite possibility. So far I have had none of these problems with Holiday Chevrolet-Cadillac. I hope this doesnt change.

Bill the shuttle driver, is one of the nicest guys I have ever met; kind, friendly- a real gem. Clint Payne was wonderful! I went in with my old car to get something looked at in the service dept and while I was there I browsed the lot flirting with the possibility of getting something new. It wasnt long before I was driving away in my new car! I got an amazing trade in value and they really worked with me to reach the payment that worked for me. It was an effortless transaction on my part! Clint was soft spoken, never pushy, and such a gentleman. Oh! And hes been there 22 years! Were new to the area and theyve already won me over. My daughter went in the dealership happy and hopeful she was able to buy her first car at 18. The salesman RONNIE was friendly and helpful at first. Shortly after she purchased her car he texted her about the car and stated “if she needs anything else contact me anytime #sugardaddy”. When she laughed it off he then texted “he’s serious”. This weekend she messaged him about her key not opening and after not responding to him right away, not only did he triple text but asked her if she got a new boyfriend already. If the first set of messages weren’t already uncomfortable enough for her, we now had this so she blocked him. At that point I decided it was time to contact to GM. After speaking to the GM Justin Hoffman he told me he would speak with RONNIE and contact me back. When he did contact me back it became apparent what type of establishment we were dealing with here. He proceeded to tell me how the text was taken out of contact and began to give reasons as to why this inappropriate behavior wasn’t as bad as I thought. This type of behavior is NOT ok. This man preyed on a young girl. There is no way to take #Sugardaddy out of context. This type of behavior is most likely NOT the first time or last time this man will conduct business like this or the first and last time his employer will cover up his disgusting behavior.
I always know Mallory Bishop will always give A+ service when I have to bring my Suburban in for service.
Ask for estimates first for everything in the service department. Their prices have doubled since October under the new ownership. Oil change on a small blazer was $40.00 in October was $79.95 yesterday.

I took my 2011 Chevy Traverse in to get the steering angle position sensor calibrated,because I replaced the clock spring and the traction control/ stability tractlight was on and it need to be calibrated. When I dropped my car off, the horn the steering wheel controls were working. I went to pick my car up and i noticed that the service air bag light was on. I went back in to tell them that my air bag light was on, and i was told that maybe the clock spring was bad, i could not have been when everything was working when I dropped it off. As an disabled veteran I was treated poorly. I just want my car fixed right.

Will not be returning for service at the dealership. My truck was kept numerous days at the dealership for a warranty repair and a bad tire. I was under the impression that we were going to replace the defectives tire with the spare but was notified that we would be replacing it. I seemed to get better feedback from Mr. Pineman.
I came here to have an oil change and get 3 issues diagnosed and fixed. I have an after market warranty on my Escalade through easy care I reputable company. I made an appointment and dropped my car off in the morning. I assumed I would get a call saying my oil change was completed and this is what we found wrong with your car. Nope. No call. So the next day I called and was told they couldn’t find the faults and the oil change wasn’t done. Wow so over 24 hours and you didn’t even do the oil change. Well I explained my issue again and left my car another night. The next day no call so I called again and was told they found 1 out of 3 of the issues. I didn’t want to be without a car again so I informed them I would be on my way to pick up the car. I picked it up and was told I needed a new CUE screen and it would take a couple of days to get in after I left the screen went completely blank and did not work. The initial issue was it was not responding to touch in certain areas. So now I have no screen at all, no backup cam and can’t really operate any settings. I was told when the screen was there they would call. Guess what? Again no call. So I called the screen was in so I scheduled another appointment first thing in the morning. I was told it would take around 5 hours. Around 4 PM I called because I had not been called. I was told my car was completed but they had not received payment from my warranty company. I’ve never been to a dealer for a warranty repair and had my car held hostage. The repairs were verified and approved by my warranty company so to hold my car seemed very strange and made me question is this really their policy because no one informed me of this and there was no signage indicating this. So naturally I was upset and asked to speak to the general manager. Now it’s around 445 PM. I was told he was in a meeting. I am a general manager at my company. I would never hold or take a meeting at 445 PM I said no problem I’ll wait on hold. Less than 2 minutes later he takes the call and I explain to him this long list of issues I’ve described. He asks me where I bought the car which is irrelevant. It’s a Cadillac I’m in your service department for service. Basically if you don’t buy from them you are no a priority or trusted. You will get no call backs. You will get half hearted service. But he explains his policy of holding cars hostage. Which again makes no sense if you have verified my warranty. Gotten approval for the repairs. So again another night without my car. First thing the next morning I called my warranty company and they said they had sent payment. Guess what? Still no call from the dealer for my car. I don’t play the race card but I also feel the way I was treated was based on me being a young black man. I would not recommend this service department to anyone. I also own a BMW and the service at Casey BMW is top notch and they don’t have BS policies to hold your car hostage. They call back and they diagnose your car correctly and timely. I will never buy a car from this dealership and never bring my car back for service again. Horrible customer service. The lady at the front who answers the phone always has an attitude and doesn’t speak when you walk in at least not to me. They also do not support military and offer no military discount on their services.
Was recently on vacation in Virginia when our 2018 Traverse had an issue with the electronic parking brake locking up and not disengaging. Aris came and rescued my family and our vacation with a loaner vehicle while the software issue was resolved under warranty from Chevrolet. We personally experienced why this dealership and their service department are so highly rated!

This was actually my first time at this dealership and the experience was pleasant. They did the work in a timely manner, and were very professional. I would recommend this dealership if you need your Chevrolet maintenance performed. It would be nice if they would wash your car and vacuum it out after your services like some other dealerships often add in as complementary service but overall a good place to go.

We started coming here a year ago. We previously went to the Chevy dealership and service center in Newport News and we’re dissatisfied because we constantly had car issues that were never resolved. Once we started coming to Holiday Chevrolet Cadillac they found solutions to our many issues with our Chevy equinox. We are so grateful for their exceptional auto service and their commitment to customer service. Very kind and trustworthy. Having the sales person look up to see if youre still covered by a warranty ( mileage). Tell you yes giving them the vintage # etc. Book an appt go in for service. To be told your NOT, and the answer is Oh no I looked at it wrong. The mechanic are 5star without a doubt.

Had a very frustrating experience with Ben and Chris from the service department on May 22nd 2020. They both tried to convince me that my car making a VERY loud fan noise was normal after i paid $1326.02 for the fan and check engine light to be addressed. They both talked to me in a condescending way. And after getting upset to the point that I cried because it felt like they were ganging up on me trying to make me believe what they were saying, when I know that the VERY loud fan noise was not normal for my car. They both went back inside. Ben came back and said “i talked to the master mechanic and he said it’s possible that it’s an Canadian part. And I’m willing to take your car back right now and have Chris take a look” and i agreed. Only Ben came back out to apologize (which i appreciated) and told me that I was right about the fan being that loud was not normal. And that my car is 2011, but the fan is from a 2010 model and was bypassing the medium fan and going straight to the high (due to some wiring) which is why that loud fan kept coming on. I’ve used hudgins in the past and had wonderful experiences, but the way they both went about talking to me was terrible. I know one person really won’t matter, but I will not be taking my car back to Hudgins Holiday.

Had nothing but an excellent experience here. The staff were professional and courteous. The sales associate I worked with, Whitney, was a pleasure to do business with. Her customer service skills are far above average, along with her knowledge of the business. The offers they gave me were extremely fair, thats including trade-in value for my vehicle and the offer of the vehicle I bought. The extended warranty program they offer is nothing short of outstanding. If youre buying here, definitely take advantage of it! The bank they do business with offers competitive rates if youre going to finance. They actually provide moderately better rates than NFCU. Overall, I would 100% recommend this business if youre in the market for a new or used vehicle.
Holiday Chevrolet- Cadillac is the best for sales and service! They service and maintain all five of our GM vehicles. They have a mechanic who takes care of my 1972 3/4 Chevy C2 pickup with a 350 V8 and a 4-barrel carburetor (I bought it new!) that most mechanics have never seen before because they only know fuel-injected, computer controlled vehicles.
May God Bless You...when you find one thing not done...the question then is...What else has been left undone? I checked my oil level...it was not at the full mark...I checked under for leaks a d found filters tight but oil wasted in every place where a filter or drain plugs was. This is unacceptable. I am now wondering if the oil was changed at all...because it is very black. Tires were rotated but not reset nor correct psi which is different in the front and in the rear. Understood a new person did the work. ...Mr. Smith

This visit was with the body shop and parts department. Both departments continue to be 100% professional. Take care of my needs, and take the time to talk about specifics of situation. I have been dealing with the parts department for a long time and cant say enough about them. Service department has struggled over time with personnel changes, but the service manager is top notch and has always been professional and done a great job of taking care of business.

From out of town. Needed $40 resistor for fan. Not in stock. Wouldnt replace resistor (visible bolt-on part) without testing fan & circuitry. Minimum $270 (unless they find other problems - duh). Irony: Toyota v. helpful.
I bought some chrome mirror covers thinking it would be easy to change myself. I had already changed the door handles from white to chrome myself. After looking at the instructions for the mirrors I knew I did not have the tools and was afraid I would break the mirror. I brought my Chevy Equinox there and spoke with the Collision Center and they were so experienced and changed them within 15 minutes at no charge. Now that is great customer service and a way to get my business if I need anymore serious work done to my vehicle.

My wife and I visited Holiday Chevy to see a car they had advertised on Autotrader, and Jeff Dunn came out to talk with us shortly after we arrived. I explained we were just looking and he let us take the car for a test drive. At no time did we feel any pressure from him or anyone else at the dealership to make a purchase, but my wife liked the car (as did I) so we went ahead and bought it right there without having even looked at other vehicles elsewhere. Their price was great and they even fixed a couple minor interior issues for us at no charge, letting me borrow a vehicle while they were fixing them!
