I used to love this place, now my pedicure is rushed. The ladies refuse to soak my shellac off like your supposed to, now my toe nails are consistently chipping and I’m stuck pay to have Acrylic on my toe nails and I’m upset about it. I’ve had a lady cut me, break a toe nail on me while filing and then charge me to fix it. Not to mention, I love getting a warm towel wrapped around me but since it’s the end of the pedicure the ladies walk off and leave the towel to turn cold then wipe you with it. I’m over this place.

Clean, wonderful relaxing atmosphere.All of the tech are kind, will listen to your wants and needs. Ive been going there for 3-4 years. I go to Trish aka Trang Lee. She is kind, funny and we have a blast.

I come to Quiescence all the time and the service is always top tier. It’s just a nice and calming environment and I’ve always had a great experience.

The ladies were very polite, very sweet and spoke to you as a client and not focused on the other employees. I received a very good job on my nails period more detailed attention to my nails. I would definitely recommend this outlet for nails feet, and I understand they do eyebrows as well.

This place did a very poor job at doing my nails. The manager was nice enough to have someone repaint them. But, they were still done poorly. This was the first time I tried the place and definitely my last.

Ive had such a great experience here. This is one of the best nails salon in Kansas. They have awesome staffs with a professional skills.

I used to love this place, however, the last two times Ive been in for a pedicure the ladies are always seeming like they are rushed... Most recently the lady did a terrible job on my toe design... I had to go home and remove it, Im sure she knew out was bad too. They start out good but the minute someone else enters they rush to finish.

Only place i go for a pedicure.

First time here on a recommendation, came to get nails cut down and overlays filled. Ladies were polite and chatty which gave a nice atmosphere but extremly disappointed in my nails. The overlays were very thick, looked like smoothed out paint globs on my finger nails. Because they were so thick the filler began to chip on the edges after a week. It was also disappointing when coworkers commeted on the quality of my nails, male coworkers. Also, while I was there, a walk in was told to return in 30 minutes for a mani/pedi, not to wait but to return when there were ladies in the back breakroom who could have gotten her started. Very disappointed, will not be returning even to get nails fixed. If it cant be done right the first time, no sense in wasting my time to try again on a second time.

Although My Lien does a good job when she gets to you, she is horrible at scheduling.i have had to wait many times and today in the middle of my nails, she went to do,someones eye brows. I had an appointment!
