I absolutely do not recommend working with these people, either as a buyer or a seller. We tried working out a deal with our buyers whose agent is apart of this group and the deal fell through because they made us look bad as a seller. We were willing to do things they wanted then they backed out, not only that we started fixing things that were requested by the buyer and once they backed out they refused to give us our Ernest money for what was done, and threatened to take us to small claims court, also the owner of this group will put leans into your property if his people don’t get their way. That is a crook if you ask me.

If you value the money you work hard for and your families health and safety, do not do business here.

Lange Property Management took over JBL Rentals, the company that formally managed my rental home. They mailed a letter stating they were the new property management in November and that payment methods would not change until further notice. When I tried to pay my rent December 1. I discovered that they had changed payment methods I could not pay online and had received NO instruction on where to send my payment. I tried to call Lange several times and finally on December 13 someone answered my call. They told me the only way I can pay is to send a check, then told me I would NOT receive a receipt for my payment because they dont do receipts! What kind of business is that? I receive a receipt for every other purchase I make or bill I pay regardless of my payment method.They gave me the wrong address to send the payment to and called back later with another address. My rent is almost two weeks late because of THEIR mismanagement!I had to leave work this morning to deal with this and get my payment settled. This is absolutely unacceptable and will not be tolerated.it is already clear to me within weeks of Lange Property Management taking over that they have very little concern for tenants.I have called multiple times since December 1 and December 13 was the first time I was able to speak to a person. They were not able to answer my questions because they havent even figured out how property management for my address is going to work yet! Very unprofessional.I have always had a good payment history and have never been late with my rent payments before. I liked JBL Rentals, they at least kept their properties straight and made sure their tenants could submit payments. They also answered the phone and returned voicemail.

They dont care to listen to what happened if you had a bad reference cause what another renter says is the truth. They dont want to hear your side. There is this thing called personality conflicts with the Rental agency. But it doesnt matter that your rent was ALWAYS paid on time if not early. Rental Agencies rule the world. Dont make one mad.

If you want an agent who is down to earth and really cares about their clients best interests then Lange Real Estate is who you need to consider for your real estate needs.

We had the opportunity to work with Don Burford to look for a house and my husband still talks about him to this day. He was a lot of fun to work with and worked hard to help us find exactly what we were looking for even though we were picky buyers.

Been trying for 2 days to get someone to call us back about a property. Now been 4 days. Still no response

I requested info over a week ago and never received a reply... I sure started getting emails of listings though. 🤷🏻‍♀️
