This is by far the most annoying neighborhood I have ever lived in, the community standards are over bearing and unnecessary. They jack the lot rent up, and give petty notices almost constantly. Cant have a tree swing, must have curtains in the windows, clean your gutters, etc.. just petty. I literally just got a notice to mow my lawn even though it had been raining for five days with no sign of it stopping, leaving a mud pit where their should be grass. If youre looking for freedom, dont come here. Its expensive and the rules are ridiculous.

My partner and I just moved into Glen Acres this month. We are first time buyers and Katherine and Liz gave us hands down the best experience!!! They made sure to explain everything in detail, and were so patient with our million questions. I am so happy to have chosen Glen Acres as our new community. From the beginning they showed us our home and we began the process and it was straight forward and a done deal! I am so impressed by their personalities and I wouldn’t want anyone else running our community!! Our park is so nice and kept up with, I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. Yay to Glen Acres!!

Was looking at several great prices to purchase

Ive recently moved into the Glen Acres community and I must say I am happy I chose this place to call home. The community is clean and well kept, its located in a quite area. I also like the things the management does for the residents to show their appreciation. For example, since Ive stayed here there has been pizza night, each family get their choice of one pizza with their choice of topping. The management also did a free breakfast, which was a really nice treat for my kids before they headed off to school. All in all, Im happy living in the Glean Acres community, Katherine and Rebekah do a great job and handle any problems in a professional and timely manner.

Ive lived out here for a few months. The ladys in the front office worked very hard and found my husband and I everything we were wanting and was actually 200 under out requested budget. The community setting is great, the acentives to get the community together 1-2 times a month at the storm shelter fir games etc. The prizes for holiday decorating and the incentive for paying rent early (free pizza night for our family). Ive never been in a more welcoming, friendly, and overall amazing community.

I drove thru the property and it was well kept and very green.The property manager Katherine was very sweet and helpful.I would recommend this place to anyone based on the management alone.It is so clean and neat compared to others i visited in the area and in other states.

We were moving to the area from the east coast, we looked at a trailer here that we wanted to purchase. We needed to be in Maryland to finalize details of our move. Charee and Katherine were absolutely amazing, they made it possible to close on our home from there and when we arrived everything was ready for us to move in. I cant thank them enough for making a potentially difficult move a very pleasant experience.

Katherine was extremely helpful in explaining how maintenance issues could be resolved in a timely manner. Thank you again Katherine for all of your kindness and help. I wish all of the RHP staff was all like you. I am now concerning purchasing my home because of you.

Everything the lady’s in the office have done, has been incredible! They put up with roughly 5,000 questions that I asked LOL. They were so helpful with all of the paperwork and the walk throughs and showing us different homes in our price range! The area is very well maintained and ran by a great staff! Good location for shopping and easy highway access. I can’t say enough good things about the lady’s in the office, they truly are amazing! Even the maintenance crew were good to us by making sure everything was ready for our move in. We were shown multiple homes, but we walked into one and got that instant feeling, THIS is home 🖤 thank you so much for helping my family!!!!

Brother used to live there. He said the maintenance was pretty good about their word on fixing things that went wrong in the trailer he lived in. There are also pretty cheap if you like a big place to live in. They also keep all of the trailers up to date. They have playgrounds for the kids and a very kid friendly neighborhood.

Our company has been working with the RHP staff for over a year now and from our perspective they seem to be genuinely concerned about maintaining the properties. They want to know about possible issues and go to great lengths to repair and maintain the homes. They’re conscientious and personable – great people to work with!

Glen Acres is a quiet community. The staff are very respectful and helpful.

The bad:Management is one hell of a power trip. Also, rent is not worth it, for the price of a trailer with nitpicky management you could have a decent house or even an apartment where you dont pay all utilities this saving more money.The good: heyre great about fixing issues when they arise and do take good care of their tenants. The homes are nice and in good shape.

I really enjoy living here! The office staff is laid back with a professional side lol. Plus from the beginning they have been there to answer any and every questions I have had. Definitely would recommend this community.

Definitely a lot better than any other RHP community especially now with the new maintenance and new managers they really know what theyre doing place is nice and clean people tend to follow the rules more storm shelters open during storms theyre always getting involved with a community which is good a lot of changes happen within the last couple months I like going in every month around the 20th to drop off the lot payment and always have conversations theyre not just there to do their job but also to make people feel welcome they have coffee really nice and clean office thanks Katherine and Rebekah to think I almost left until they came 😁

I called about my hot water tank and within the hour everything was up and running. Very fast service. Thanks so much!

This place is trash... My girl couldn’t even have her kids outside to play before being harassed. Wouldn’t recommend look elsewhere. Not going to live somewhere where I am gonna be charged 50$ extra on rent If there’s a SINGLE dandelion growing she pays about 800.00 to live here that’s ridiculous. The leasing agents provide the WORST customer service and your lucky I couldn’t rate Glen Acres below a single star. #PeaceNBless’ns

Great community, they have a lot of rules to follow, like an HOA, but its what keeps the riff raff to a minimum. I dont live there, but I visit my retired mother quite often, and shes always bragging about how nice the ladies in the office are, especially the Cheri lady up front. There are a few trouble makers theyve started to come down on, and I suspect David is one of em.

New management is rude they screw with everyone in park weekly for stupid stuff and cant figure out y no one lives there more than 3 minths nothing gets fixed Rebecca Acts like shes better than everyone who lives there because she lives in her own house! Exact words as soon as possible I will moving and will never turn anyone to this place until they get there management under control when I moved in it was nice n peaceful 1st yr but of course that was before Rebecca!!!!!

This is a poor cummunity to live in Katherine ran in to a pole 4 ft from my kid then looked at him and said i just hit that pole and because i called her out on it she just gave me 2 complaints a week till i moved! I moved because the harassment was to much when Ive lived there 2 yrs and it was a good community till she came and i was happy there was even gonna buy a trailer but I recommend nobody move here because u get complaints for not mowing your yard every week when it already has been mowed! and having anything under porch or on concrete pad like seriously Why do u pay lot rent if your not allowed to have anything on the lot or get charged 50 for someone that comes to visit and has 1 tire on grass i feel Ive wasted my time and money here dont make the same mistake! Not to mention there was a drive by shooting the next street over you can drive by and see the bullet holes still in the trailer! The community is so proud of them selfs that they didnt even notify the residents there what had happen! Not even to reassure us that this wouldnt happen again. Or even that the people in the home where ok after one of the bullets went through one of the kids rooms! Stuff is constantly getting stolen from there! And if they loss a key to your home and you dont have a spare one to give them they tell you they will find a way in your home and change the locks on you without you being there! Because they want to come in to your home every 3 months to check smoke alarms its like living in a concentration camp! I definitely did not like feeling like I lived in a prison! When your lease is up they will tell you.YOU have to come in right now today to sign a lease or you wont get the next month free! Thats absolutely ridiculous! Some people work 12+ hour shifts and right now just doesnt work with them! THIS IS A HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND PLACE TO LIVE! They will find any reason to fine you $50 for this $50 for that! Just to make a quick buck! And there favorite thing to say to you when you have something to say about it is Im sorry you feel that way NOPE DONT DO IT PEOPLE THERES BETTER PLACES TO LIVE!

This place is absolutely ridiculous and out of control you cant own a grill without getting a complaint or have your trashcan in site of street!! They drive around giving people complaints like candy when people have been here years and they still have to get harrassed by katherin the new manager who isnt ever even here except to leave complaints and leaves so no one can confront her i definitely will be moving but had plans on buying from here wont be renewing lease or recommending anyone to come here theres 100 trailer parks in wichita that aint rude and out to complain about everything dont come here people

I have family that lives in the Area for some time now. It is a good place to raise a family.

I grew up here, and still it is a perfect place for kids.

Its alright management is slow to answer calls but neighbors usually stay to themselves. On the contrary my bike was stolen so cant leave things outside.

Got evicted for threatening my crack dealing neighbors. Now we dont get our deposit back. DONT LIVE HERE they are filling the park with section 8 and dope dealers. We made repairs on the home even though we were renting. Never had a complaint on us for anything. This has to be the worst Management Team in mobile home park history. The stupid manager that evicted us was also buying her dope from my neighbors. . Shortly after I recoreded her going in and out she evicted us then quit. She was letting her family members that did not live there use the storm shelter for a party house. They evict the people renting and let the dope dealers stay. The only reason this post got 1 star is because I had to to be able to post it. LOT 17 deals dope and the one across the street has a thieving son who also frequents that home. We have had Locks cut from our shed and many personal Items stolen, They even stole my kids bicycle she got for her birthday. Didnt even have it for a week.
